The house is located in the Côtes d'Armor (Côte du Goëlo), in the town of Lanloup (22580) at a place called "Kermagadel" 1600m from Bréhec beach (fine sand lined with pebbles), its small port and coastal paths (the sea is 20 minutes on foot by the path that passes by the house).

Very good comfort level.
The surface of the house is approximately 130 M² - Construction in local stone. Very calm environment. Not overlooked. The house has independent access, two annexes to house garden furniture and your bikes, a private and enclosed flowered courtyard with large sun terrace (electric blind). Garden chairs, tables, children's chair, barbecue. Possibility to park 2 cars.
The house is equipped with an integrated kitchen (electric coffee maker, toaster, cookware, crockery, forced air oven, microwave oven, fridge with freezer, ceramic hob, mixer, beater, etc., extension table ( 8 pers) - TV in the kitchen (19''tnt); Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer), 4 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms / sink / WC, living room with table, chairs, armchairs and sofa, a television lounge (32 '' - tnt) with sofa and armchairs, telephone (landline to landline Europe) and internet (wifi) included in the price.
Pets accepted with prior agreement.
Also: iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, cleaning kit.

Vakantiehuis Lanloup

Wat hebben wij genoten van onze vakantie in Bretagne. Zomer 2024 was formidabel. Een koel huis met 7 heerlijke bedden. Interieur wat gedateerd maar alles werkte prima/ goed. We hadden iets meer voorgesteld bij de binnenplaats maar daar hebben wij alleen maar gezeten tijdens het ontbijt in de zon. Als die te fel werd deden we het zonnescherm naar beneden.Huis ligt ideaal voor wandelaars, pal naast GR 34. Naar zee, dat doe je met de auto, zeker als je een gezin hebt. Met de auto sta je binnen 15 minuten bij het strand. En wat voor strand: plage Bréhec heerlijk met douche, horeca en mooie uitzichten. Plage Bonaparte: nog groter, schoner en iets meer uitdaging voor degenen die slecht stil kunnen liggen. Geen horeca, wel toiletten en met een beetje geluk een foodtruck. Heerlijk klauteren en speuren tussen de rotsen. Lanloup is een schattige dorpje waar veel fietsers en wandelaars langskomen. Wij hadden het geluk dat er een rommelmarkt was. Er staat een prachtige historische kerk en het hele dorp ziet er verzorgd uit. We werden hartelijk welkom geheten door een gastheer, alles verliep soepel. De communicatie met de eigenaar is fantastisch en vriendelijk; in één woord prettig. Goede bakkers in de regio op ca. 10-15 minuten van huis. Supermarkt op dezelfde afstand, heeft ook brood en gaat pas om 9.00 uur open, de bakkers zijn al om 6.30 uur open. Veel bezienswaardigheden in de regio, maar de zee is no.1. Tip: bezoek ile de Brehat, prachtig!

Séjour lanloup

Charmant village de lanloup pour découvrir une magnifique région. La maison est très bien située. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille.

Très bon séjour dans un joli village à proximité de la mer. Quartier très calme dans un joli environnement. Nous avons eu de la chance il a fait très beau et une température agréable.

Das alte Haus steht in einem kleinen Dorf - zum Hafen und Strand zwischen 5 bis 10 Minuten / zu Fuß gut eine halbe Stunde! Keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten - leider! Der Vermieter ist sehr bemüht!

Sehr ruhige Lage. Gemütliches Häuschen, gute "Infomappe" mit vielen Informationen und Tipps. Sehr freundliche Begrüßung, sehr unkomplizierter Check-in und Check-out. Für uns ein rundum positiver und erholsamer Urlaub.

peaceful locatiom

Very quietly situated, comfortable, well equipped kitchen. walking distance (20 mins there as it’s downhill, good 25 mins uphill on the way back) very nice beach - good for all ages & such a beautiful part of Brittany. Hope to revisit this fabulous coastline.

Lanloup, petit village breton typique à l'écart du flux touristique, à proximité de la côte, de ses sentiers, ses falaises, ses plages ainsi que du petit port de Bréhec. Toutes commodités à proximité à Plouezec et Plouha voire Paimpol à 10 km. Maison confortable, spacieuse et bien équipée. Propriétaire disponible et courtois.

Très bon compromis entre mer et campagne et proximité

Vaste maison très bien équipée, literie de qualité Avec des grandes chambres agréables à vivre avec une terrasse qui permet de jouer à la pétanque ou à la balle et dépendances. Village très tranquille et très fleuri. Sentiers de randonnée dès la sortie de la maison. La plage la plus proche offre un petit port de plaisance une grande plage de sable et quelques bars restaurants. Les villes voisines comme Paimpol ou Saint Qualité Portrieux ou Binic sont des destinations très agréables. Merci pour le soin mis à toutes les informations rassemblées dans un registre. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour même si le beau temps n'y était pas toujours.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus. Idyllischer Ort mit kleiner Kirche, leider keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit. Ein bisschen mehr grün/Garten wäre schön gewesen.

Agreable sejour

Nous avons passe un tres agreable sejour a Lanloup. Le rapport qualite/prix est tout a fait correct pour cette grande maison avec 4 chambres. L'entourage est tres beau est grace au beau temps nous avions pu decouvrir la cote et profiter des differentes plages, toutes avec leur cachet.

Jolie maison à l'ancienne dans un endroit très au calme

Correspond à la description faite sur l'annonce. Tout le nécessaire est à disposition pour passer un agréable séjour. La mer se trouve à 20 minutes à pied. Le GR34 passe à coté pour les sportifs. Les commerces les plus proches se trouvent à 3km, et il y a de quoi visiter et faire dans le coin. Le village est très calme, il n'y a aucune nuisance dans le voisinage. L'accueil a été fort sympathique et la communication avec le propriétaire s'est très bien passée aussi. Il y a un livret d'accueil très bien renseigné avec tout ce qu'il faut savoir pour passer un bon séjour. Je recommande fortement.

3 schöne Ferienwochen

Ein gut ausgestattetes Haus. Man kann sich drinnen und draußen gut aufhalten.Wir waren maximal zu viert, da war reichlich Platz. Mailkontakt mit dem Besitzer ist entspannt und freundlich. Auch das Ein-und Auschecken mit der Nachbarin war angenehm .Vom Haus aus geht der Wanderweg in 20 bis 25min. über Felder zur Bucht, der Rückweg dauert dann etwas länger. Bei Ebbe kann man über festen Sand in weiteren 8-10 Minuten zum kleinen Hafen (Brehec) laufen. Dort gibt es nette Lokale, auch schön für abends. Das ganze lässt sich auch in drei Minuten anfahren. Zum Einkaufen ist ein Auto nötig, man kann aber auch Touren mit dem Bus planen zB. zum Wandern. Guter ruhiger Standort, um von dort aus viel zu entdecken! Wir fahren hoffentlich mal wieder hin.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, super für Familien!

Wir, eine Familie mit drei Kindern (15, 9 & 5 Jahre), haben einen tollen Sommerurlaub in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet, bestens ausgestattet, und die Zimmern sind geräumig. Der Außenbereich (Hof) ist schön angelegt, durch die ruhige Lage kann man hier wunderbar entspannen. Der nahe Sandstrand „Bréhec Plage“ ist auch in der Ferienzeit nicht überlaufen und auch für kleine Kinder prima zum Baden geeignet. In der Region gibt es viele sehenswerte Ziele für Unternehmungen. Pierre und Suzanne sind sehr nette Gastgeber- bereits im Vorfeld wurden wir mit Informationen und Tipps für die Anreise und unseren Aufenthalt in Lanloup versorgt. Zusätzlich haben die Vermieter viel nützliches Informationsmaterial und Tipps für einen abwechslungsreichen Urlaub in der Bretagne im Ferienhaus bereitgestellt. Wir können das Ferienhaus wärmstens empfehlen - vielen Dank Pierre und Suzanne für einen tollen Urlaub!
