Our Gorgeous Cocoa Suites apartments are our new stylish studio apartmens located in the perfect city centre location, just a short stroll away from Yorks biggest attractions such as Bettys Tea Room, The York Minster and much much more!
The apartment is located in The Rowntree Wharf development which is steeped in history and is considered to be York's finest industrial building. This astonoshing building was changed into flats and offices in 1989 and long before that was used as Rowntree and Cos Navigation Warehouse.
Set in a quiet and tranquil riverside setting in the heart of the city of York, this cosy apartment is the perfect choice for a weekend escape to York.
Heading into the historic building, you will be shocked to find extremely modern and stylish interior from the building entrance to the apartment door. Into the apartment you will see the studio is decorated to a extremely high standard with many original architectural features including exposed brickwork.
The apartment comprises a Luxurious bathroom with a spacious walk in shower, A sytlish kitchen area with the added benifit of undercounter lighting, led spotlights and high spec fixtures and fittings. The Kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for your stay, all utensils and appliances are there for your use including a brand new induction hob, cooker, microwave, washer/dryer, kettle and toaster. The apartment also offers a Generously sized Living/Sleeping area. The living space includes an extensive feature window that over looks the River Foss.
It includes a Large Flat Screen TV, with Smart features for your use. Free high speed WIFI is also available in the property. The Comfortable double bed provides the perfect base to collapse after a day out exploring what York has to offer. We provide hotel quality bed linen and towels for all guests during their stay. With the added benifit of a Hairdryer and Ironing facilites in the apartment, it is perfect for guests who are looking to travel light. You will also find a cosy dining area to sit and enjoy a home cooked meal or a takeaway!

Lovely apartment in a great location

Lovely apartment in a great location, cosy and homely space. Lovely view out onto the river from the apartment. Everything you could need which shocked us in such a small space. Great location, short walk from York city centre. Across the road from a shopping centre and a supermarket which we found very handy. We loved it and we will be returning!

Cosiest studio room

This little apartment was so cosy. The main building was so modern and luxurious. It was a lovely first impression. The studio itself is small, but cosy. And the bed folds up against the wall for extra space should you need it. Washing machine was handy and the walk in shower was great. All on one floor. You can pay to park in the car park if you are coming by car. Loved it here.

Amazing stay, cosy apartment!

We had such a lovely time staying here. The apartment was perfect, very cosy and brilliant for a couples stay. Location was great, was not far at all from the city centre and there was a big shopping centre literally down the road. Parking is not provided, it was not an issue for us and I couldn't see it being an issue for anyone else as there were quite a few nearby car parking options we noticed whilst exploring York. The city is lovely as is the apartment, we will be back.

Cosy Studio Apartment

We loved this little apartment, the entrance to the building felt very modern and luxurious. The room is a studio room but more spacious than you expect as the bed can be folded into the wall, which I have not seen before! Fully equipped with a full kitchen/ oven and hob etc. Lovely area, really easy walk into the city centre, we love York, we come often as a couple and would love to return to this property again. The management company were great too, very responsive and helpful with all our queries and was on hand to help when we got lost looking for the apartment. Would book again:)

views for days!!

Very good location with river view literally outside. There are plenty of utensils to cook with if cooking, washing machine, comfy bed, smart TV, decent neighbours and 10 mins to city centre (Tesco, Sainsbury nearby). Shambles market, York Minster is within 10 mins walk and train station about 15 mins. Most of all the staff are responsive to messages if required and very professional and helpful. Would recommend to anyone if staying in York.

Gorgeous studio apartment

we was very impressed with the location of this apartment, it was really central and just over the road from a little shopping strip and supermarket. The building looks very high end and is extremely secure with codes to access all doors. Once in the apartment it’s lovely, bigger than it appears on the photos, lovely little seat type at the window to look onto the river. Fully equipped kitchen which you don’t always get with studios! And a washing machine which was great. Would book here again without a doubt!

My daughter and I spent an absolute wonderful weekend in York. Our new favourite place. The apartment we stayed in was fantastic. Right on the river, immaculate. Had everything you needed. I could quite happily live there. Communication was fantastic. Perfect for couples, freinds and families. Couple mins to the city centre. Highly recommend.

was a good stay but a few problems instrutions for hob and oven not clear enough to work both first 2 days bathroom flooded when showering had to clean plug out wwas blocked after cleaning out water left ok
