BOOKING RULES: These booking rules are required even though this site may allow you to book otherwise
PEAK SEASON (Memorial Weekend until the 3rd week of August):
Reservations must be 3, 4, or 7 nights starting or ending on a Saturday.
SEPTEMBER and THANKSGIVING:
Week-long (7 night) stays must be Friday-Friday. Shorter stays can start any night, but Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together (no Saturday check-in or check-out).
OFF-PEAK 2 NIGHT STAYS:
Two night stays are allowed on weeknights (Mon-Thurs) during Off Peak (mid Sept - mid May). Any exceptions must be approved directly with Faria Resorts before booking. Any two-night stays are allowed in Jan, Feb, and April.

*Our pools are in operation from May 1st-October 1st. They are heated from 2nd Friday of May through October 1st.

We also have a private resort dock with Luxury Pontoon boat rentals, fishing poles, a swim deck and water bouncer. Boat slips (with power for you fishermen to plug in your batteries) are also available for our guests to rent.

Our cottages were the original units on the resort. They are older, but newly updated. Even with the updates, we still offer them at a “cost friendly” rate. You will have a great vacation and enjoy all the incredible amenities at a price well under that of our luxury units. This is a split-level home with steps in the entrance. Upstairs leads you to the dining room (seating for 6), living room, kitchen, and Queen Master bedroom. The full kitchen is equipped with stainless appliances and everything you could need for making a great meal. Outside the living room is a 12x24 deck with a 6 person patio dining set and a view of our cove. The Master bedroom has an attached bath with granite counter tops and a walk-in shower.

Downstairs are four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Three of the four downstairs bedrooms have queen size beds, and the fourth bedroom has a full over queen custom made log bunk bed. Two of the bedrooms downstairs have patio doors that walk out to an 8x16 patio with a view of the cove. The laundry room is at the bottom of the stairs.
