Vivaio is a beautiful and comfortable stone-built house in the heart of the beloved Chianti region. There’s plenty of privacy throughout the grounds, and the unfenced property seamlessly opens out onto the Tuscan landscapes. Despite being situated in the lower part of the valley, the views are still superb all around, with hills and forests creating a breath-taking backdrop.

With high ceilings and terracotta floors, the interior at Vivaio is homely and uncluttered. The dark-wood furniture and doors add a sense of class and grandeur and the bedrooms have great views from the windows. The lounge is particularly impressive, with lots of space to relax together and enjoy each other’s company. Plus, as an added bonus, one of the seven bedrooms is housed in its own cottage with a kitchen, lounge and mezzanine floor.
