This South Facing Villa has 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, one of each being located on the ground floor of the property. It has an extensive solarium containing a BBQ area, an outside kitchen with dining facilities and a relaxing sofa area. There is also wireless internet and a large screen smart TV in the sitting area, as well as a smart TV in one of the up stair's bedrooms. There is a dual air-conditioning/heating system installed making this property ideal for use all year round. The property is approximately a 20 minute walk to the Beach and Mud Baths and a 10 minute walk into the centre of San Pedro Del Pinatar. There is a supermarket within 5 minutes of the Villa.

House great but the cleaning not

House is great but the cleaning was not well done. Not able to use the Solarium or the balcony. If we wanted to use it we should have cleaned that area during more than a day which I don't think is the purpose of Holidays. The same for the floor around the pool, in this case we have cleaned as we were going to use the pool. Thank you Kind regards S.

Maison moderne

Maison très jolie mais réservé avec 3 chambres et on c’est retrouvé avec deux chambres car la chambre du rez de chaussé le lit était cassé. Autrement maison très bon à vivre.

Tranquilidad y comodidad

La vivienda está muy bien cuidada,la piscina tiene el tamaño Justo y la ubicación en el pueblo es perfecta.La comunicación con Danielle muy fluida , siendo muy amable en todo momento.No tuvimos ningún inconveniente.Por cierto, la decoración de la parte de abajo de la vivienda muy bonita, hace la estancia más agradable

Quartier très calme plage la plus prêt à 30 minutes à pied . Situation agréable si vous avez une voiture. Séjour reposant.

Sólo lo recomiendo para personas q sepan comunicarse perfectamente en inglés.

El apartamento es una pasada pero hay q citar ciertos inconvenientes importantes. Los propietarios son ingleses y no hablan español:Danielle ,la persona intermediaria? suponemos...cuya función aún desconocemos,fue muy amable con nosotras pero no nos resolvió ninguno de los problemas q tuvimos. Avisamos con tiempo de nuestra hora de llegada pero tuvimos q esperar a los dueños(x las llaves) ,al "calorcito", casi media hora ,después de llevar 7 h de viaje.La primera noche fue horrible pues el aire acondicionado estaba bloqueado y no pudimos ponerlo en marcha.La llave de paso del agua para ducha piscina tb estaba cerrada y oculta bajo una placa enorme en un extremo de la piscina.Al desconocer esto y pretender ducharnos se nos rompió la cebolla de esa ducha, q no nos repusieron en toda la estancia y ,aunq agradecemos q no se nos descontase de la fianza lo q haya costado repararla,tb es verdad q no fue culpa nuestra.Los dueños ,en la entrega de llaves, deberían haber comprobado q TODO funcionaba perfectamente ,cosa q no hicieron.El wifi y la enorme smart tele del salón no funcionaron hasta 2/3 días después de llegar,y sólo estuvimos 1 semana, cuando enviaron a un técnico, q nos despertó tempranito por cierto,no así la tele pequeña del dormitorio q ni con wifi ni sin él pudimos configurar, con lo q no pudimos verla nunca. Hacia la mitad del período se controló piscina : no sabemos qué hizo el empleado pero durante al menos 12h al día, en 2 veces cada día,muy muy temprano la primera y al atardecer la segunda,el motor, creemos, q bombeaba el agua de la piscina empezó a hacer un ruido q se oía x todas las tuberías de la casa,con lo q molestaba bastante de mañana xq no dejaba dormir(el agua, eso sí ,estaba muy limpia,pero se podían haber escogido otras horas).En fin,q para solventar estas incidencias con los dueños tuvimos q cambiar nuestros planes 2 de los 7 días q estuvimos allí y perder bastante tpo tratando de hacer funcionar aire acondicionado y teles.Creemos q si se hubieran ocupado de dejar todos los dispositivos/equipos funcionando correctamente, o al menos enseñárnoslo al llegar,como así debería haber sido,nuestras vacaciones no se hubieran quedado tan cortas y hubieran sido mucho más agradables,porq la casa es todo un lujazo. Sólo le faltan unas cortinas en las enormes cristaleras del salón:evitaría el persistente sol y daría intimidad y más seguridad al cuarto más grande de la casa;una pena q no pudimos aprovecharla al 100%!
