Beautiful waterfront Home on The Columbia River. Lovely comfortable home features Stainless Appliance's, Heated tile floors for winter & air conditioning. Entertaining sized open kitchen with granite countertops. Large main floor master suite. Upstairs features spacious riverfront view with queen bed, open bonus room, large bathroom & massive bedroom with 3 queen sized beds. Home is great for entertaining & has brand new outdoor dining room furniture, perfect for entertaining outdoors. Pool, hot tub & tennis courts, just a few steps away. This home is in a lovely, peaceful community perfect for all ages. We follow CDC guidelines for cleaning our home. Its a great getaway to escape to in the sun! Please drive very slowly in the neighborhood. Crescent Bay is very peaceful & the neighborhood does have a "quiet time" after 10 pm please. There is a really nice gravel path that is a short walk to several beaches & the boat launch area. The entrance to the path is just one house away. Please enter from path entrance & do not cut through our neighbors yard.

Another Great Stay!

We had another lovely time at this Crescent Bar Oasis. The home is very clean and up to date. It has all the amenities you could need - including well stocked kitchen cabinets (eg salt, spices, oils, cooking spray- always a hassle when missing!), pool towels, laundry detergent, shampoo, etc. The community pool and hot tub are lovely and you can't beat the proximity to the boat launch (just up the street). Check in was super easy. This is our second time staying at this property and we hope to be back!

House was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. Location is just 30 minutes from The Gorge. Views from back patio are amazing. Host responded to questions quickly and provided instructions for a smooth check in/out process. Would stay here again!

We had a very nice stay at this house. We love the community and the pool, it is also very close to the water. The house was nice, some of the dishes needed cleaned but overall we had a great time!

The layout of the house was perfect for our annual family reunion, perfect kitchen and open dining for our combined family cooking -- great patio area! Grandkids loved the game selection - would highly recommend. Very responsive host for questions.

Wonderful extended weekend with a great location.

Overall wonderful home. Great backyard for games and BBQ. The neighborhood was very clean and the pool area was great for the kids. Its nice to have the little river walk in the neighborhood to go play at the river. Only note I would give is, there isn't any WiFI at the home for guests. The TV's will let you access stream services but for work purposes or kids tablets, etc. You will want to plan ahead. Even the service was a little spotty so hotspots may not work as well as you need them too. Beyond that would recommend this home 10/10 and it's a very great value for a family.

We had an awesome weekend there with our friends. The house was everything as advertised. The views down the Columbia off the back patio were amazing! Comfortable beds, great amenities. Would definitely recommend to all my friends!

Lack of Reviews - Says it all

The house has: a nice view, air conditioning, great collection of games, plenty of beds and several showers & bathrooms. We have stayed in many VRBO and this one was sub-par, especially for the cost. The kitchen was grimy, appliances on the fritz and a few bathrooms were not clean. The ammenties were not as listed and very misleading (no cable, satelite, internet, wifi, etc.)

Family getaway

Loved the location of the property overlooking the river, with a short walk to a beach.The location and the size of the house was great. There is not any WIFI which is not an issue if you have Verizon or ATT. However Tmobile signal was non existant. There are several TVs in the house but no cable. This was not a big deal as we were there to be outside. Previous renters must not have washed any dishes as we had to wash all dishes and utensils before use as they were very grimy. Other than that it was great place.

Peaceful getaway with beautiful view

We rented this property for my mom’s birthday and can’t say enough wonderful things about it. The owners were so wonderful about communicating with us and answered all questions we had promptly. The view of the river from the patio is breathtaking and the house has all the amenities for a great stay!

We all had a lovely time and the house had everything we needed. Great views of the river and scenery. We were able to carry our paddle boards down to the river easily. One complaint is with the VRBO website and how it describes the house features. It is unclear and should be fixed.

Family Time

What a BEAUTIFUL property! It is the first time we have ever done VRBO. Best experience ever! We will rent this house again! It was big enough for our extended family. The upstairs bedrooms (one to college son), the other (that has three beds) to our daughter, husband, almost three year old and newborn. Such a blessing to have space for everyone, beautiful views, pool for the kiddos! Check in and out process was very easy! Bruce and Beth were the best to work with! Next time we won’t miss part of a day there for a wedding, we will take advantage of the water sports that are available!

Why they chose this property

Gated community on the Columbia River. Dam downstream gives Crescent Bar the feeling of a lake. Almost no current.
House faces the river. A/C for summer, heated floors for winter.
Three bedrooms with a loft.
Mainfloor master, upstairs riverview guest room , bonus room with three queen beds & upstairs loft. Sleeps 8 in beds.

What makes this property unique

Walking distance to our private community pool, hot tub, play ground for kids, tennis court & pickleball court..
Nine hole par three golf course across the street. Two more golf courses short drive away.
Restaurant & bar approx 5 blocks away in Sunserra neighborhood.
Boat launch is approx 2 blocks away, we have a large driveway with a side area next to garage that can accommodate a SUV & boat trailer.
Our neighborhood is very quiet we ask guests to observe quit time after 10pm please. Our HOA really monitors how many guests occupy the home & how many cars may be parked in the driveway. We allow 1 boat & 2 cars, vehicles are not allowed on the street. Crescent Bay is a wonderful location, there are alot of full time residents there & we want to make sure everyone is respectful of our neighborhood. Thank you!.
