6 person holiday home in Lemvig

There are only approx. 350 meters to the Limfjord with a child-friendly beach and bathing jetty, where you can catch crabs or fish, among other things. The cottage is also an activity house with the opportunity for many hours of entertainment for the whole family, including billiards, table tennis, table football and air hockey, etc. At the same time, it is an energy-friendly house with a heat pump and thus the possibility of low consumption. There is a separate kitchen equipped with i.a. ceramic hobs, separate oven with grill and fridge / freezer with freezing capacity of 60 liters. Lovely bright living room with sloping ceilings and large windows, where the panoramic view of the fjord can be enjoyed to perfection and with access to a large wooden terrace with sun loungers, good garden furniture and barbecue, where you can enjoy dinner while the sun goes down over the fjord. The living room also offers comfortable furniture, flat screen TV with international channels and Chromekast, where you have the opportunity to stream your own TV services. There is a wood burning stove for a cool summer evening or an autumn evening with rain and debris. Bathroom with bath environment, shower and washer / dryer. In addition, guest bathroom with toilet and bathing environment. The house has three bedrooms, of which two rooms with double beds and 1 room with a bunk bed for 2 people. In 2020, the cottage has a new roof and driveway. The garden is being renovated in autumn 2020 and spring 2021. This house is suitable for all seasons not least due to the panoramic view of the Limfjord both inside and out, but also due to the large outdoor whirlpool, which can be enjoyed in all kinds of weather. Not for rent to youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
