This home is pet free yet provides a delightful bird haven where Hummingbirds sip nectar from the throats of blossoms, Towhees poke among leaves for goodies, Chickadee antics delight and Robins strut along the rustic pavers.

Why they chose this property
This tropical cottage is set apart from the bustle of the busy Village, yet it is close to all that Capitola offers. There are three separate areas in the garden to enjoy and it sleeps up to three guests at prices that are generous compared to other rentals. Local laws require that this be a 30 night minimal rental. Often guests like to split a month with a relative or friend, if a month is too lengthy. Starting in September, 2025, a charming second bedroom will be an exciting addition.
