Hosting seven bedrooms, on the first floor there are two doubles, and a family room with a double and a single, on the second-floor there is a triple room with three singles, one double and a single, and on the third-floor is a king-size with en-suite shower room. Supported by a family bathroom on the first-floor with shower over bath, as well as a shower room, this property can accommodate up to fifteen people. On the ground-floor there is a kitchen, a dining room, a sitting room ,a utility and a cloakroom with WC. The first-floor also has a second sitting room. There is a back yard, and unrestricted parking available on the road. 11 Marine Terrace will be a fantastic property to host a loving family reunion, all with the benefit on being right on the beach.

Gas AGA range oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, wine cooler and Nespresso coffee machine. 2 x TVs, and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair, Travel cot and stairgate available. Outside Clothesline and wet suit hanging rail. Roadside parking. Two well behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking.
