6 person holiday home in Toftlund

Bright and well-appointed holiday home located on a large, child-friendly and enclosed plot centrally located in Arrild Ferieby close to shopping, swimming pool and fishing lake. The cottage is spacious and contains a large, well-equipped kitchen / living room with wood stove and access to a lovely southwest-facing terrace, where there is a barbecue and garden furniture available. There are three bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. An energy-saving Air / air heat pump has been installed, which ensures a good indoor climate all year round. The house offers i.a. washing machine, TV with both Danish and German channels and for the children there is both a high chair and cot available. Outdoors, the little ones are thought of in the form of a swing and sandbox as well as a buried trampoline (used at your own risk / insurance). Not for rent to youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
