Bryn Derwen Coach House is a magnificent dwelling situated on the outskirts of the Snowdonia National Park in Wales. There are five bedrooms in the property including a ground-floor super-king-size, a ground-floor double, a ground-floor child’s bunks, a super-king-size with en-suite bathroom and a double, serviced by a ground-floor shower room and a further first-floor shower room. Within the cottage there is also a kitchen, a utility, a sitting room with a dining area and a snug holding a woodburning stove. At the front of the property you can find off-road parking for up to ten cars, as well as entrance courtyard with furniture, a barbecue, and a private hot tub, and at either sides you can find further garden areas with even more furniture! Coach House is a captivating cottage, perfect for large family gatherings or a reunion with friends in this scenic area of Wales.
Amenities: Eco biomass heating with woodburning stove. Range cooker, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher. TV, music system and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 10 cars. Side garden with furniture, entrance courtyard with hot tub, barbecue and furniture, patio off from kitchen with furniture. Walled garden for sports. Two well behaved pets welcome.
