A 500 Sf Beachfront Studio:
Listen to the waves crashing 24/7 staying at this lovely affordable studio condo!

The condo is a studio which is one large room that is great for a couple. There is a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa, large 42 inch TV. The kitchen area has a dining table for four. A Keurig Coffee Maker or regular coffee pot, filters provided.

We are on the located on the island peninsula, 13 miles from Orange Beach, about a 20 minute drive. Our beach is private with 24/7 security. Downstairs great food, with a SEASONAL outdoor patio bar overlooking the beach, serving ice cold beer & cocktails or dine on the patio! Several other dining options, seafood-steak kids meals-close by all within a 2-5 mile radius, a list will be provided.
There is an awesome Dollar General 2.5 miles from the condo.
Must Purchase A Parking Pass~Online 35.00 per car-2 car max ~ good for the duration of your stay.

You Must Be 23 Years Of Age To Rent This Condo.
The laundry room is located on the ground floor.
Hot Tub Access (There are times that the hot-tub may be closed for maintenance)

Just right for two

Quaint and cute condo in a quieter area. We were about 30 minutes from all the activity of Orange Beach but the payoff was the beach seemed far less crowded. I’d stay here again for sure.

Great stay right on the beach

The location is amazing! The balcony is small but you can't beat that view. Room was clean and well equipped. Perfect size studio for solo or couple. The Sassy Bass restaurant downstairs is so convenient! I would definitely stay here again.

What a gem this place was!

We had such an amazing stay here! The place is clean and decorated adorably. The location and views were my favorite part! It was a nice change to be on the island peninsula where it was more quaint and beautiful water. The downstairs restaurant is great food. Jayne was easy to get in touch with and helpful!

AMAZING Vacation!

This property far exceeded all of my expectations! The apartment is extremely clean, it has all the amenities you could possibly want while staying away from home, and the location is perfect! It is literally steps away from the beach, pool, and there is a restaurant located on the first floor with delicious food and drinks! I just cannot emphasize how fantastic this apartment is and how much we enjoyed our stay. The balcony is perfect for drinking coffee while enjoying a beautiful beach view. Not only is the property amazing, the same applies to the owner. Unfortunately during our stay we experienced some bad weather, and as a result, had to stay inside all day. The owner took it upon herself to contact me and offered for us to stay an additional night knowing that we had missed a day of our vacation because of the bad weather. She is absolutely amazing and I recommend you book with her if you want a vacation you and your family will never forget! We will definitely be returning for future getaways!!

Perfect get away

This was the perfect get away for me & my husband on our mini honeymoon. Everything was just as described on the listing. Great view from the balcony & short walk to the beach. The owner Jayne was great with communicating with us, I highly recommend this place it’s perfect for 2 people.

This was our first time going to Fort Morgan and it was fantastic! The restaurant on property was great! The views from the condo were everything I had hoped for and more! Other than the bed and sofa bed not being very comfortable, this was a great experience!
