"Rodania Summer" Two bedroom house with private backyard

"Rodania Summer" is a 50 sqm house and accommodates up to 4 guests in two bedrooms. It is part of a total of four ground-floor adjoining houses. Located at the outskirts of Faliraki, in a serene countryside area, 650 meters from the beach and just 1.5 kilometers from Faliraki's vibrant center. Perfect for couples, friends, and family getaways.

The house consists of

• an open plan kitchen with living room
• two bedrooms (one with double bed, and one with two single beds)
• bathroom with shower
• veranda with patio at the front side
• private backyard

The minimal designed kitchen is fully equipped with

• refrigerator
• ceramic hob with two rings
• microwave
• full size oven
• kettle
• filter coffee maker
• espresso coffee machine that takes Dolce Gusto capsules
• toaster
• tableware
• cutlery

Air conditioning for the open plan kitchen and the living room is provided via Daikin, 12000 btu split unit system that is located in the middle of the living room.

TV and free Wi-Fi are also available.

Each bedroom has:

• its own Daikin air condition that is provided via a 9000 btu split unit system.
• full set of bed linen
• two sets of bathroom towels for each person
• two USB charging ports, (one in the main bedroom and one in the kitchen).
They are appropriate for charging phones and tablets. There is no need for you to bring the plug, just the charging cord.

At the front side of the house there is a veranda where one can enjoy a cup of coffee in serenity. There is also a patio with some flowers that is shared with the adjoined house. The private backyard is perfect for relaxation. An idyllic space with a considerable size sofa and a table for dinning or enjoying a glass of wine, all surrounded by flowers and atmospheric lights.

In the house you can find a safe box for tablets and 15’’ laptops, an iron and iron board. Please note that washing machine and dryer are not available.
