Greetings from beautiful Ellicottville, New York! This all season vacation home has recently undergone a full renovation and features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, situated on 2 scenic acres. Only minutes from the slopes of Holimont and Holiday Valley and the shops and restaurants of downtown Ellicottville.
The living room is a perfect place to relax after a great day exploring Western New York. Cozy up next to the fireplace, read a book in the day bed or make yourself a beverage at the mini bar. Also several books, games and DVDs are available for your enjoyment. Kick back on the large back deck with gas bbq grill overlooking the woods and stream. Bring your chef hat and make a great meal in the fully equipped, open floor plan kitchen featuring concrete counters, GE Profile appliances and a eat at bar. Dining room seating for up to 10. Washer and dryer. Linens and towels provided.
When you're ready to retire for the evening you have the choice of two bedrooms with full sized beds, a third bedroom with three single bunk beds and one double bed or a full sized, built in day bed in the living room. Come see what people are raving about in Western New York. If you are returning to the area, we welcome you back! Great times await in Ellicottville, New York. *Unfortunately limited cell service in the area. However, high speed, wireless internet is available.

Very nice home. All the amenities are included for you to feel comfortable.

I recently stay there with three families and the property was great. Everything was extremely clean and well organized. The location is literally 5 minutes from Holiday valley. Cell service is a little sporty.... We actually had a better time without the phones and learning everyone's names again.. haha!

Great house for a family weekend getaway to Ellicottville

The house was just the right size for our group of five. About a five minute drive to Holiday Valley which was the main purpose of our visit. All of the beds were pretty comfortable although one bedroom has a foam mattress which takes some getting used to if you’re not used to it’s firmness. The decor is modern with a rustic twist. In order to get good cell service, you’ll need to be in the main family room. Overall, I’d recommend this property.

Pristine home very close to town and resorts

The home was spotlesslessly clean and comfortable for our families visit to Ellicottville. Less than five minutes from town. Kitchen had all the necessary supplies to comfortably dine at home.

Everything we needed for a perfect ski vacation.

This place had everything we were looking for in a house. Family had a wonderful time and very nice to come back to a place that has all the amenities. Very close to the resort and plenty of space in the house.

Wonderful house for a ski weekend in EVL!

We stayed here with another family in late January. We loved the location. We enjoyed having some solitude in the woods, and also being less than a five minute drive from the slopes and downtown. The house feels like it's brand-new. It has a fully-stocked kitchen, and a warm and open floor plan. We had six adults and two infants, and it felt like we had plenty of room. Joe was very responsive, and even brought in a recliner to accommodate my mother-in-law. We will definitely be renting this house again.

Wonderful winter getaway!

This is a beautiful home with great views! A group of 10 of us stayed here comfortably, for a weekend of skiing and winter activities. The house is very close to Holiday Valley -- just a 6-7 minute drive. The house is extremely well stocked with linens, supplies, tissues, paper towels, and all essentials. The beds were very comfortable, everything was clean and brand new. The living room has a cozy gas fireplace with beautiful views of the woods. We enjoyed sitting around the large kitchen table for meals and playing games. We are definitely planning to return again!

Fabulous “just like Home” getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin! Upon our arrival, we actually had the pleasure to meet the owner. He was so hospitable and made sure we had everything we needed before leaving us for the weekend. The cabin had been recently updated and looks amazing! Very chic but with a cozy feel. The details were impressive. The kitchen, where we spend most of our time, was huge and the perfect place to cook, relax and hang with friends after the long days on the slopes. The family room also so spacious and cozy. This place truly was the perfect escape and we look forward to returning!
