This 2BR, 1BA, 860 square foot cottage is fully furnished and ready for you as a guest! One bedroom is furnished with a comfy queen bed, the other with two twin beds (one is a trundle and can be stored away. We may be able to accommodate a fifth guest as well on the living room futon. The kitchen has been beautifully redone with a granite counter top and a Bosch dishwasher. The bathroom was redone as well. Cooking is a breeze in the bright kitchen which is fully furnished for cottage living. Summer evenings are usually cool, but on the really hot days, window air conditioning units keep the house cool and comfortable. There's a washer and dryer in the utility room and a one car garage, as well as ample driveway parking. The property backs up to state park property - head right up the hill to the best hiking trails in the area. The backyard has a nice size lawn, a concrete patio with Adirondack chairs, and a fire-pit. We have bikes available for use at your own risk. The area is excellent for biking with dedicated bike paths along many major roads. We are located on the bike path around the corner from Lake Macatawa, 1 mile from the Holland State Park Lake Michigan beach and 1/2 mile from the Lake Macatawa beach and the iconic Ottawa Beach General Store - as well as away from the inevitable summer traffic back-ups. Downtown Holland is about 12 minutes from the cottage.
