RESORT RENOVATION NOTICE – August 2025 to March 2026

Please be advised that Long Beach Resort will be undergoing exterior renovations from August 18, 2025, through March 2026, as part of a large-scale project coordinated by the Homeowners’ Association.
Construction setup and equipment deliveries will take place from August 4–18, with actual work starting August 18. This includes stucco and concrete repairs, sealant replacement, balcony updates, and exterior repainting throughout the resort.
What to Expect During Your Stay:
• Construction noise may occur during work hours: Monday–Saturday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, guests may experience hammering, chipping, grinding, and other renovation-related activity
• Balcony closures will begin in phases starting August 28, but not all balconies will be closed at the same time. Work will proceed by tower and unit stack, with different schedules depending on unit location. (CLOSED BALCONY DATES ARE Jan 28 – March 13, 2026)
• Walkways and entryways may be rerouted temporarily for safety
• Beach access will remain open at all times, though some boardwalk closures may occur
• No refunds will be issued for construction-related inconvenience on reservations booked after July 1, 2025
• This unit includes free seasonal beach chair service (March 1 – October 31)
Pool Closures:
• Lagoon Pool & Hot Tub: Open through November 28, 2025
• Tower 1 & 2 Pool/Hot Tub: Closed August 28 – November 28, 2025
• Tower 3 & 4 Pool/Hot Tub: Closed October 20, 2025 – End of project

This is a beautifully decorated, Penthouse, Gulf-front, luxury condominium at Long Beach Resort in Panama City Beach, Florida! This condo has 2 Master suites that are oceanfront with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Gulf! You will not find any other condominium on the beach with a floor plan like this!! The living/dining room has a 14-foot cathedral ceiling and opens onto a 270-square-foot, tiled terrace overlooking the emerald water and white sand of the Gulf. The dining room table seats six and the kitchen bar seats an additional four. Both bedrooms are oceanfront with floor-to-ceiling windows and trey ceilings.
The master suite is furnished with a king-size bed, an armoire with a 39' flat-screen HDTV and double vanity and garden tub/shower in the bath. The second master suite has two queen-size beds, a 39' flat screen HDTV with Blu-ray player and double vanity in the second bath with a garden tub. Both bedrooms have walk-in closets and French doors which open to the ocean-front balcony!
The living room is furnished with a queen sleeper sofa.
The terrace furniture includes a table with four chairs and two lounge chairs. It is a large 1400 square foot condo! Both bedrooms are huge!
