***NO PETS*** Welcome to the Aloha Cottage. This nicely decorated cottage is located mid- island in a quiet cul-de-sac on Saint Simons Island Ga. She has three bedroom and two baths. There is a nice living area with plenty of seating and an electric fire place for those cool nights. Inside the kitchen/ dining area there is a eating bar with three stools. And a dining table for six. The master bedroom on the first floor comes with a queen bed and a shower tub combo. On the second floor you will find a bunk room with two sets of bunks. The third bedroom is situated with a queen bed. In between you will find a Jack and Jill bath with a tub and shower combo.

Off of the dining/ living area there is a screened porch with a table and chairs for four. Just outside the screened porch you will find a wooden walkway to the pool deck. There you will find fiberglass in ground pool large enough for the whole family. The pool has several lounge chairs along with numerous chairs for sitting. There is also a table with chairs and an umbrella for outside dining or drinks. This home is within walking distance to several restaurants, numerous shops and Redfern Village. It is less than a five minute drive to one of the local grocery stores and airport. You can jump on your bikes and be at the beach in about 15 minutes. Or if you choose to take your car. You will be there in less than ten minutes. After booking this great cottage your family will want to return year after year.

We can also have one of the islands local chefs come to your home and prepare a meal for you and your guests. **Any of these services will need a seven to ten day advance notice during the summer season.**

Georgia Beach Rentals also offers a grocery shopping service. "While you're at the shore, we're at the store."
** For an additional fee** We will handle your grocery shopping for you. This is just another one of the services we offer to try and make your vacation a true vacation.

Wonderful!

We loved this house! It was very clean and extremely well stocked with anything you would need. Will definitely stay again if we’re ever in the area. It’s a great location. Very close to stores, restaurants, and the beach. Very convenient.

Excellent Vacation

The property is beautiful and VERY clean. I truly have nothing but great things to say about this place. Kitchen had everything we needed. Bedrooms were spacious. Pool was fantastic ( including furniture ). Short drive to the beach. We really had an amazing time staying here. We will stay again!!!!

Loved the house!!

We loved the house. Stayed here with 8 adult women and had plenty of room for all! Plenty of towels and the kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor space very much. Benji was very helpful and answered any and all of our questions/concerns right away and made sure we had everything we needed for a fabulous stay!!

Enjoyed the Aloha Cottage

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here. The house is perfect, in a quiet neighborhood but central to all the action on SSI and within a quick drive to the beach. The house has everything you need for a great stay, is well decorated and very comfortable. The pool and deck are great and very private, with plenty of lounge chairs. We had a chance to meet the owners and they are very nice and accommodating people who take great care of their place. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Great Stay

Property was great. Inside was nicely decorated and furnished. Had everything you could ask for. Hoping to come back when it’s warmer so we can take advantage of the pool. Maybe check the hot water heater. Water was never hot only warm.

Nice home, well equipped in a nice neighborhood. The pool was good after a warm day. Pool service came weekly. The potted plants (dead) and porch could have used some attention by the owner. Comfortable beds too. We liked it and would recommend.

Great Location

We really enjoyed the location of this property. Close to grocery store and plenty of restaurants. Swimming pool was awesome to have. Everyone loved it. House had all we needed for a comfortable stay. We were let down with the cleanliness of the house. Very obvious house does not get deep cleaned.

SSI Happy Place

Property close to restaurants, grocer, just about everything you could need within walking distance. Weather was beautiful. Kitchen very well equipped. Neighbors were friendly. Located on landing approach to the airport, so at times was noisy. Living room could use more lights. For the most part we’re very happy at Aloha Cottage. We are returning for 8 weeks in 2024.

Poorly maintenance house

House close to shops and which could be pleasant in summer to enjoy the swimming pool. But we had the unpleasant surprise of finding dirty and worn sheets (stains on sheets, hairs in bed, and holes in towels) and a poorly cleaned house. Thankfully the rental company was super responsive and sent someone to clean up the same day. Some things need maintenance (some lightbulbs didn't work, water temperature wasn't constant...). Unfortunately, the house was overpriced.

Perfect vacation rental!

Prior to arriving at the property, I spoke to the rental agent who provided all the necessary information about the home and our arrival. He was great and super helpful. The home itself, was Perfect! Very clean and neat. The pool was sparkling and there was plenty of outdoor seating. We loved the grill and covered patio. They even had pool towels in case you forgot yours! The kitchen had plenty of dishes and pans for cooking and eating. There was a dining table that sat 6. The living room area was perfect and comfortable for everyone to sit and hangout. The bathrooms had plenty of towels, hair dryers in each of the full baths, and they were conveniently located. The bedrooms were roomy and there was enough storage for your luggage and clothes. TV's are in the 2 bedrooms (there is also a tv in the living room) with queen beds and there is great channel selection. My kids loved the 2 sets of bunk beds. There were 3 kids so they all had a chance to pick their bunk. The property itself is conveniently located on the island. Close to everything. Plenty of parking. The area was nice and quiet. We loved our stay and recommend it to anyone!

Towels Galore

Very clean, plenty of room, oh, and did I mention towels, Every size, every color, most of them must be new, every closet was filled over capacity. Only one flaw was that the mattress in the upstairs master bedroom was not that comfortable. I would still rate it a Ten.

Nice house and great location

The house is conveniently located close to shopping, restaurants and beach. The house was very clean, beautifully decorated with a kitchen well stocked and a nice pool. We really enjoyed our stayed and we are ready to come back.

Very nice place to stay in a nice neighborhood. Property is perfect for a small to mid sized group. Enjoyed our stay very much. Could use some new tables/ chairs around the pool, but that was minor and had no impact on the stay.
