Charming Custom Carriage House on 40 Acres! Only 5 minutes to Beaufort's Bay St.

Located only 5 miles to the beautiful Beaufort historic town center and Bay Street, this studio apartment sits on 40 acres with 2 ponds and a beautiful marsh view, with lots of wildlife. Also, located within a couple of miles are some very fine restaurants & shopping. Hunting Island State Park is only 15 minutes away and is a 5,000 acre park, with 3 miles of natural beach. The 550 Sq. ft. new custom built studio offers a plush king size bed, microwave, fridge, sink, toaster and coffee machine. The kitchenette is stocked with dishes, utensils, cups, and glasses. There is also a flat screen tv, with Satellite service, and high speed internet !
An oversized walk in shower with body wash & shampoo, hair dryer, and luxury linens and towels. TP, and paper towels are provided as well. Granite counter tops in both the kitchen and bath, and crown molding throughout, shows of the quality craftsmanship put into this building. Our studio, will accommodate 2 adults. No smoking and no pets. THERE IS A 5 NIGHT MAXAMUM NIGHT STAY. No cleaning fee.
We have now incorporated Bi-Polar Ionization into our cleaning routine, between each guest visit. This kills over 90% of bacteria and viruses, using positive and negative ions, discharged into the air, without any ozone. This equipment, is the exact same used at: Boeing, Delta, Disney, Gulfstream, LearJet, Netflix, Target Corp. and the USAF, US Marines and US Navy. It is produced by Global Plasma Solutions.

Carriage House Weekend

Loved this quaint Carriage house for a Wedding Guest Weekend on St Helena Island! It was close enough to Beaufort for shopping, but only minutes from the venue and Dataw Island where I hosted a luncheon. The amenities were great, and the property was beautiful! We would stay again!!

My wife and I recently stayed at the absolutely delightful property. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to visit the Beaufort, SC, area. This is the first VRBO/AB&B listed property we’ve rented that exceeded what was promised in the listing. If you’re looking for a quiet,convenient, comfortable and picturesque vacation rental; this is it! Really lovely property. Modern and very tastefully decorated and appointed. Spacious, clean, comfortable, quiet with a lovely outlook. Sitting area outside was much appreciated. Very comfortable bed. Highly recommended if it was an option I would award 6 stars Good location for getting into Beaufort and easy access to the coast.

Nice place, just couple things didn't like

Was a nice place, very newish, but didn't like a couple things. Being a chef, was going to cook some stuff up but there is only a microwave, no oven, burners, camp stove, so that makes sure you need to eat out every meal. No balcony, but it didn't advertise one, I just assumed. Last, owners live next door, so privacy is not there the way I like it to be. Besides that, place was clean and very nice, we were not bothered by owners, little off beaten path but I liked that.

Very clean, convenient and comfortable.

This is our second time staying here. By far one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed. Everything you need is here. Very convenient to downtown Beaufort, Port Royal and all that makes the Port Royal Sound area fun. Great place, we would recommend to anyone! Can’t wait to come back!
