JUST a block to the intracoastal waterway and only a short distance to the historic downtown Canal Street., shops, restaurants, art galleries, beach and local events! All amenities/utilities are included; Brand NEW bedding, NEW towels, NEW mattresses (with fully enclosed allergy covers), pillows (also allergy covered) dishes, cookware, TVs, WIFI, cable and more. The kitchen is FULLY stocked to entertain. This home will fill your families heart and equally, a great spot for a romantic get-away. This home is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath vacation rental that can sleep 6 comfortably. We hope you stay with us!

When I travel, I admire the details of where I'm staying. Clean is a MUST, along with soft sheets! Life is too short, travel more! xx
Why they chose this property
We chose this property in the New Smyrna area because last year I, myself was having difficulty finding a vacation rental home for our family that was affordable and nice. And I wanted to be in Florida more, so I simply fell in love with this beach house. It's airy and has a beachy feel to it, with a tropical backyard and hammock. It's our little piece of heaven! We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
