Located in a building in Foz do Douro, a seaside area known for its sandy beaches, such as Praia da Luz and Praia do Ourigo, as well as eclectic restaurants serving international and Portuguese cuisine. The Foz Market sells traditional food and products from Porto, and the area is full of sophisticated clothing boutiques and art galleries.
Enjoy the fantastic promenade, where you can walk, bike, take a dip in the beach, or simply relax in the sun at a seaside café.
For those looking for a more cultural visit, don’t be disappointed. Our apartment is just a 10-minute drive from downtown Porto and close to all public transport. If you don’t have a car, don’t worry, there is a bus stop just 1 minute on foot from your apartment.

Other Things to Note:
In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has come into effect. The fee of €2.00, included in the price of your stay, is applicable to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person, per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights.
There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (for example, the smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be applied for smoking.
If you wish to request a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the authorized check-out time, a fee of €200 per hour will be charged.
In case of lost keys, a fee will apply (upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team's intervention to open the door, a fee of €40 will apply after 7:00 PM. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention required) – the cost will be upon request.
Important note: there is construction work near the apartment, causing noise between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Unfortunately, this is out of our control but may affect our guests' stay. As such, we adhere to a policy of transparency to ensure that our guests' expectations are met. It is our mission to ensure that Liiiving is easy!
For reservations of 28 nights or more, we have a limit of utility expenses (water, electricity, and internet/TV package) of €150. If the limit is exceeded, the additional amount will be paid by the guest.
The tenant agrees, whenever requested by the host, to allow entry to a team member to carry out an inspection of the property, with monthly visits expected for this purpose.
Daily cleaning of the apartments is carried out between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM. We will only change linens and towels for stays of more than 5 nights.
