There are two bedrooms located on the main floor, both of which have inviting queen-size beds. The master suite has private deck access and an attached bath with jetted tub and separate shower. The other two bedrooms are found downstairs and include an additional queen master suite with attached bath with Jacuzzi, as well as a kid-friendly guest room with a queen-size bed. With four bedrooms, two futons, and three bathrooms, this home sleeps up to 12 guests very comfortably!

WiFi is included and there are multiple cable TVs to let you keep up with all your favorite shows and movies. Sneak off with a good book to the downstairs sitting room with a second gas fireplace, or head into the attached game room with two stand-up arcade machines! Play some cornhole out on the large deck or soak away your cares in the private hot tub as you watch the sun set over the Smoky Mountains. There's also a catch and release pond a short drive away.

(A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
