This 3 bedroom house (sleeps up to 5) is ideal for a visit to Cardiff or an extended stay.
Centrally located with a spacious kitchen and open-plan living / dining room this house is perfect for families, groups of friends or co-workers.
LIVING SPACE - On the ground floor you'll have an open-plan living / dining room with 2 sofas and an armchair - plenty of space to relax.
There is a large screen smart TV in the living area
The kitchen has everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals (stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher). Plus a Lavazza coffee machine. There are 2 breakfast-bar areas in the kitchen for casual dining.
SLEEPING - There are 3 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 - 1 x double bed
Bedroom 2 - 2 x single beds
Bedroom 3 - 1 x small double
BATHROOM - There is a shower-over-the-bath in the first floor bathroom.
OUTSIDE SPACE - at the back of the house you will have a private garden area with outdoor furniture to enjoy..... ideal when the sun is out.
