Apartment on the 3rd floor with 1 bedroom in the popular Ronda 4, Los Boliches, Fuengirola, with a southwest-facing balcony, sea views and communal swimming pool.

The apartment consists of a living room with a comfortable sofa bed, TV and dining table for 4 people. A fully equipped open-plan kitchen with appliances and utensils necessary for cooking at home. A pleasant sunny balcony to relax and eat outdoors, with beautiful views of the sea and beach. A good-sized bedroom with a double bed, which can be divided into 2 single beds, and built-in wardrobes. Bathroom with bathtub and washing machine.

The apartment is well equipped with air conditioning, TV in different languages and WiFi. We provide all bed linen and towels.

The community has a large communal swimming pool, lift and access ramp directly from the entrance boulevard.

The location right on the Los Boliches seafront, Fuengirola, is hard to beat. Here you can enjoy walks and bike rides all year round. There are a multitude of excellent restaurants, bars, shops and mini supermarkets just outside the door. The beach is very popular and is just across the street. The nearest train station is Los Boliches, just a short walk away, with direct access to the airport and the city of Málaga. There is no need to have a car to stay in this beautiful apartment.

Low season monthly rates are available if your stay will be 4 weeks or more from November to March, so please enquire for a long-stay quote.

A little ray of sunshine

The apartment complex felt safe and easy to get into! There was construction work going on at the time, but it was only a minor inconvenience. The location is perfect as there was many shops and restaurants just 5 mins walk and talk of the town literally outside the apartment complex with lovely food and lovely staff
