This modern duplex bungalow is situated in Playa de las Américas, Costa Adeje in the complex El Cortijo just 300m walking distance from the beach, shops, bars and restaurants, the complex is very central but very quiet and offers a heated swimming pool and free on-site parking.
The bungalow has all you need for a very comfortable holiday, an equipped kitchen, microwave, washing machine, TV, free wifi, hair dryer, safe and air con. Bed linen and towels are also provided.
On the ground floor you have the kitchen, living room and front terrace, the upper floor has the bedroom and bathroom.

The main bus station is 5 minutes walk, Siam park and mall is 15 minutes walk.
