Be thrilled with this newly converted heritage two level loft!
Located in the historic, designer, and theatre district of Victoria. This loft is in a private, locked, and quiet brick courtyard with your own patio. As well, there is international dining, amazing coffee shops, and live music all within walking distance, including our famous Inner Harbor with ferry and seaplane services. You would be exactly where you want to be within walking distance of everything wonderful Victoria has to offer, especially the ocean.
WHO cleaning standards.

What's unique about this is the 17' ceilings, original old brick walls, great art, and separate entrance. There is a luxurious queen bedroom upstairs in addition to a high quality pull out queen sofa bed downstairs -- sleeping four in total.

It has all the modern amenities including internet, TV, cable, Bluetooth speaker, stainless steel appliances, in suite laundry, quality stocked kitchen a chef would enjoy, and a modern fireplace for the perfect vacation.

Secure off street parking is included located in a lot right across from the entrance to the unit. I have a pass you put on your mirror for any spot in the lot.

Weekly/Monthly rates available on request.

Every Victoria getaway I try to book this place. It is a well maintained, clean, and has a really nice layout. I enjoy the location as it has many great shops and restaurants in walking distance. My family really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect little spot

Easy to access and central to a lot of sites and shopping. We enjoyed the hop-on, hop-off bus, nice dinners, parliament, and the many choices for Ice cream! A great little place.

Home Away from Home

Wonderful location! If you’re visiting Victoria this is the place to stay. We felt at home. All restaurants, shops, and taverns are within walking distance. Shanzee’s across the street is our favorite place for coffee, breakfast or lunch. Home made banana bread and brownie-oatmeal bars are baked fresh daily. We walked all over the city. Love the historic district!

We spent a lovely weekend in this great loft apartment with our two kids. The apartment was clean and modern and the kids were comfortable on the pullout couch. The location was excellent and central to great restaurants and sites. Would definitely stay here again!

A very unique property, modern decor with a very comfortable bed! Super location in Old Town and wonderful shops and restaurants! Very close to amazing walks around the ocean! The owners were fabulous to communicate with. We are definitely coming back!!!!!

Great little apartment in the heart of Victoria Old Town

Just right for our 2 day stay, including laundry. Loved the Air Lobby business right up the street for storing luggage while we were on our sailing adventure. Easy access to parking, restaurants, and coffee. Lovely decor and kitchen with exactly what we needed for coffee and breakfast in the morning.

The Victoria loft was beautiful, it was very clean and well appointed and everything was laid out wonderfully. The location was perfect for everything we had planned and we could walk most everywhere. I love the little brick alleyways that you walk down to get to the Loft, all secure and locked up. Wonderful loft centrally located

We had a fantastic 3 night stay in the loft. The place had a lovely ambience, was cosy and warm with lots of nice features. The host was very welcoming and helpful. We would recommend this for anyone wanting a break to experience downtown Vancouver. Everything starts right outside the door!

Great rental for small family

Overall, the neighbourhood has a great vibe. Lotsa culture in the area and right next to our favourite pizza place: Virtuous Pie! We love the exposed brick wall and loft bedroom. This suite suited our needs for this particular 4 night stay. Close to so many great cafes and restaurants. Definitely recommend for up to four people. Oh and surprisingly quiet at night. Highly recommend.

Hi my name is Christine and I grew up in Red Deer Alberta and moved to Victoria in 1986 to graduate from U Vic with a degree in Human and Social Development, and several years later graduated with a certificate in Adult Education. I work for the BC government, Community Living BC in Human Resources training all our new staff.
I determined to live in Victoria to raise my two now adult children in Victoria and currently live in Oak Bay.
I have had the privilege of travelling to several amazing countries around the world, made friends, and plan to continuing travelling.

Why they chose this property

I choose this property because I have lived here for years and always wanted to be in the historic center. I love the downtown vibe of Victoria, it is full of life, artists, musicians, galleries, restaurants. I love talking with all the local shop keepers, especially the Italian baker right outside the gate as well as a fantastic coffee shop.The location bursts with charm, it makes me feel like the ultimate city living.

What makes this property unique

I particularly love this property over others because it is funky, stunningly beautiful, has real brick and 17' ceilings, it charmed me the moment I saw it, all the 25 units sold within 24 hrs. the location is spectacular, and I love being there. I looked at other buildings but they were noisy at night and heard traffic, the way this complex is designed I cannot hear typical city noise, it is quiet, yet right where I want to be.
