The Space:
You will have at your disposal a duplex apartment with 2 en-suite bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds, a living room with a sofa bed, flat-screen TV, cable channels, Wi-Fi, and a dining table, a very well-equipped compact kitchen with tasteful utensils, and a bathroom.
(This apartment does not have a sea view).
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the apartment.
The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located in a building in Foz do Douro, a coastal area known for its sandy beaches, such as Praia da Luz and Praia do Ourigo, as well as eclectic restaurants serving both international and Portuguese cuisine. Foz Market offers traditional Porto food and products, and the area is full of luxury clothing boutiques and art galleries.
Take advantage of the fantastic waterfront where you can walk, bike, swim at the beach, or simply enjoy the sun on a seaside terrace.
For those looking for a more cultural visit, don’t worry. Our apartment is just a 10-minute drive from downtown Porto and close to all public transport options. If you don't have a car, don't worry—you can use the bus network located just 1 minute on foot from your apartment.

Other Things to Note:
To make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has come into effect.
The fee of €2.00 is not included in the price of the stay, and applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person, per night, for a maximum of 7 nights.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be charged for smoking.
If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time without authorization, a fee of €200 per hour will be charged.
If you lose the key, a cost will be charged (upon consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team’s intervention to open the door, a cost of €40 will be charged after 7 PM. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention required) – fee upon consultation.
For reservations of 28 nights or more, we have a limit on water, electricity, and the internet/television package of €190. If this amount is exceeded, the guest will pay the additional costs.
The tenant agrees, whenever requested by the host, to allow entry of a representative for property inspections, with monthly visits planned for this purpose.
Daily cleaning of the apartments is carried out between 11 AM and 5 PM, and only textile and towel changes are made for reservations longer than 5 nights.

Important note: there are ongoing construction works near the apartment, causing noise between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control but may affect the stay of our guests. As such, we adhere to a transparency policy, so that the expectations of our guests are properly addressed. It is our mission to ensure that Liiiving is easy!
