Région magnifique et maison trés agréable
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans les Cinq Terre. A voir absolument ! La maison que nous avons loué à la Spézia est idéalement située: proche des accès train, port et voiture pour les 5 terres et en même temps un peu éloigné du centre ville sur les hauteurs au clame avec vue sur la mer. Nous recommandons.

Great modern apartment
The apartment was very modern, well maintained and furnished to a high standard. The bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds and well fitted bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped and stocked with grocery basics. The terrace and gardens were very pretty and well kept. The location is great for visiting La Spezia, Porto Venere, Cinque Terre (park in La Spezia and take the train), Lerici, Fiascherino, Tellaro and even Portofino (a little further afield). Parking on the road outside was no problem. We would recommend La Gira Restaurant and Pizzeria Per Dire, both of which are within 5 minutes walk. Communication with Maria Luisa was friendly and efficient, and Mario met us at the apartment to get us settled in. He kindly recommended a number of local restaurants, all of which we tried and very much enjoyed - thanks Mario! We would absolutely recommend the apartment for a comfortable stay in La Spezia.

Magnifique Location et Séjour proche des 5 Terres
Nous avons adoré l'appartement qui est propre, moderne, parfaitement équipé et bien décoré. Nous nous sommes sentis de suite parfaitement bien. Les enfants ont adoré les lits superposés et les toasts dégustés sur la terrasse le matin. Le jardin et la vue sur la mer, les montagnes et la vile sont splendides et invitent à la rêverie. L'accueil, les conseils précieux , la gentillesse et la disponibilité des propriétaires, qui parlent très bien Français, nous ont permis d'optimiser notre séjour! Nous avons visité et adoré les Cinq Terres, Portonovere, Lerici et Pise. L'idéal pour se déplacer sont le train ou le bateau, facilement accessibles à la Spezia. Enfin, grâce aux recommandations des propriétaires, nous avons savouré les spécialités locales au restaurant ou en cuisinant nous mêmes. Nous recommanderons cette location!

Perfect Apartment
The apartment is just perfect. Superclean and tastefully furnished. The view to the sea instantly feels like vacation. The landlords are very nice people and gave us really good tipps for which beaches are nice or where to find a good restaurant. Especially with kids the garden is very nice, we found fresh plums and kiwi. Also there is a little bakery two minutes away, so you can enjoy a good breakfast at the nice terrace outside.

Sehr schöne und modern eingerichtete Wohnung.
Sehr nette Vermieter. Die Wohnung ist viel schöner als auf den Bildern. Man hat alles, was man braucht. Und die komplett möblierte Terrasse mit einem kleinen Garten ist ein Traum (wunderschöne Sicht über die Stadt). 20 Minuten zu Fuss in die Stadt La Spezia, wo es eine gute Zugverbindung zum Cinque Terre und andere Städte in der Nähe hat. Ein kleiner Tante-Ema Laden ist 2 Minuten zu Fuss. Die nette und sympatische Ladenbesitzerin bietet alles an..sogar frische Brötchen. Das große Einkaufzentrum Le Terrasse ist 10 Minute mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Vielen Dank Maria und Mario für die erholsame Tage bei euch. Bis Bald und alles Gute Falko & Thu

superbe appartement
Cet appartement est très agréable. Il est spacieux et très propre, il dispose de deux chambres (lits confortables) et deux salles de bain. Il est très bien équipé. La terrasse et le jardin sont appréciables. Jolie vue sur la ville , la mer et la montagne ! Malgré la canicule et l'absence de clim, nous n'avons pas souffert de la chaleur (ombre et vent). Les propriétaires sont charmants et parlent français. Point de départ parfait pour les 5 terres. Très bon rapport qualité prix !
