For larger groups you can rent the villa "Can Bojaca", which is next door and offers space for another 6 people.

The entrance takes you to the modern fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave and induction. Next to it you will find a spacious dining room with a predominance of wood and stone, a charming fireplace, television with satellite and DVD and exit to the outside.

The property has 4 double comfortable bedrooms, all with air conditioning. One of them has a double bed of 150cm, lovely bathroom en suite and exit to the outside. The rest have 2 single beds of 90cm, one of which also has access to the outside, and they share 2 full bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub.

It should be noted the exterior area of ​​the house since it has a porch that surrounds the house, giving rise to different areas with tables and chairs, in addition, one of these areas is enabled to cover completely with transparent canvases and thus be able to spend an evening in the outside in any weather. You will also find a fabulous barbecue, a toilet, a ping pong weight, swings, large garden with trees, swimming pool and plenty of parking.

The holiday villa is located in the quiet area of La Font, only 1.5 km from the village of Pollensa. The well-known beaches of Cala San Vicente and Puerto de Pollensa are 4 km away.

IMPORTANT

In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for every guest over 16 years of age.
Per day and person, the tax is
from 1 November to 30 April: 0,55 euros and
from 1 May to 31 October: 2,20 euros.
From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cash. Payment is compulsory.
