Elegant House at Guard Gated PGA West on Golf Course
Accommodations includes a 3 room 750 sq. ft. master suite plus a separate guest suite with bath. The master has king bed, separate sitting room with large screen TV, dual reclining TV chairs along with a spacious shower and separate tub. Bedroom opens to back patio with view of Nicholas Golf Course. Accommodations also include a guest room with a private bath. We provide use of kitchen and great room along with additional back patio along with free breakfasts; Uber shuttle is available or short, 4 mile, bike ride to festival. Community pool is only two doors away, plenty of street parking. The courtyard is gated for safe storage of bikes when not in use. Kitchen, back patios to the golf course and barbecue. Continental breakfast included. Absolutely no parties.
