Luxury villa with private pool in San Roque Golf Resort

This lovely family villa, located in a private gated golf resort has been appointed beautifully inside. It is situated on a quiet road with views over the 13th tee on San Roque Golf Resort. It is ideal for those looking for peaceful surroundings in a comfortable, relaxing and private setting, yet still only 5-10 mins drive from the beach and 10 mins drive from upmarket marina at Sotogrande where there is a wealth of outstanding restaurants and bars to choose from.

For your comfort, the house has heating/new air-conditioning in all rooms, bedroom fan and a wealth of modern conveniences. There is plenty of room to relax with 3 private terraces and an established garden. The wonderful aspect provides sunshine from sunrise to sunset, with the bonus of a ground floor covered terrace for those wishing to relax out of the sun.

On the ground floor there is a twin bedroom with adjoining bathroom, a beautifully appointed dual-aspect lounge/dining room with direct access to the terrace and a well equipped kitchen. There is also dining table on the ground floor terrace for that all-important Al fresco dining!

On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms. The master which has a lovely large terrace and an en-suite bathroom, another large double with a terrace and en-suite and a further triple room with an en-suite bathroom.

There is a very large roof terrace for enjoying the sun or fabulous evening sunset views with a chilled glass of wine.

The very pretty garden has a pool with stepped entry ranging from 1m to 2m in depth. There are 6 sun loungers and a BBQ also provided. There is plenty of driveway parking available and wonderful mountain views in this peaceful location.

The San Roque Golf Resort Clubhouse is within walking distance for lunch, dinner or drinks overlooking the golf course. There is also a mini-mart, Italian restaurant Indian restaurant and cafe prior to the San Roque resort entrance. 2 leading 18 hole golf courses are on the doorstep and close by are many of the top courses in the world. A car is recommended.

A welcome pack is provided, linen and towels are changed every 7 days. Mid-term clean for 14 day stays. More regular cleaning can be arranged at cost with our property manager.

The villa is available for stays of 3 nights or more, with a minimum of 7 nights in summer season. Changeover day flexible. For any other specific requests please feel free to get in touch as we will be flexible wherever we can.

Lovely stay in San Roque

Lovely stay in this lovely villa. Contact really easy and responsive to requests. Pool was beautiful and villa a really great space for family and friends to be together. A really lovely holiday here in such a beautiful location. The club was amazing lovely staff, location and food. Overall a wonderful holiday.

Lovely Villa and location

Amazing Villa and location within beautiful San Roque club grounds by the golf course. Lots located near by to venture to including bars, restaurants, beaches etc all being a small drive away. Villa owner Morag has been brilliant communicating throughout and ensured our stay was a great one! 9 of us in total including 5 kids and there was plenty of room for comfort. Highly recommend 😀

Thoughtful host

Stayed with my children, their spouses and 3 grandchildren under 2.5 years. Everything as described but what made it extra special were the thoughtful extras like beach towels which you launder and leave for the next guests. Herbs and spices in the kitchen etc. Any issues were handled quickly and efficiently by Pauline, the property manager. Owner was very communicative prior to our trip and made the whole process very easy.

Great villa in an excellent location.

We had a fantastic week in this villa. It was spotless and in a great location. We stayed with family and friends and each room had its own on suite, which certainly helped. The outdoor space was fantastic for entertaining and eating lots of BBQ. We all enjoyed the pool having frequent dips to keep cool while sunbathing. Morag was extremely helpful and prompt at replying to any queries. I would definitely recommend booking this villa. Sue

Peaceful and quiet thoroughly enjoyed our stay. You need to hire a car if you want to get about as the nearest supermarket is 10 minutes drive but with Gibraltar a mere 20 minutes away and bars and restaurants maybe 15 minutes away having a car means you have a multitude of places you can visit. All the home comforts are catered for including English TV. The pool is lovely and well maintained as are the gardens. Basically everything is as the listing says. Would certainly recommend to anyone travelling to the area and would consider going again.

Relaxing holiday

Just had a lovely week in San Roque with family. Communication with the owner Morag was superb. She answered very quickly for all queries. The villa is as advertised. It feels lived in but 4 Ensuite bedrooms were great. The air con works really well and was essential for us. Property manager responded very promptly to all our communications. Couple of minor things which could have been better but didn’t detract from our enjoyment. Would happily recommend villa to anyone. There is an Italian restaurant in walking distance which also does takeaway pizza/pasta and San Roque Club is walkable but otherwise a car is essential.

Verbouwing

Helaas waren de buren tijdens ons verblijf aan het verbouwen. Daar werd het e.e.a. uitgebroken, wat zoveel herrie gaf dat het net leek of ze bij ons binnen aan het slopen waren. Verder beviel ons de accommodatie prima en is zeker aan te raden.

Fantástica villa en Cádiz

Hemos pasado una semana fantástica en la propiedad. Todo era como estaba descrito en el anuncio. Antes de la llegada, recibimos unas instrucciones muy completas sobre el proceso llegada y salida, información sobre la zona, playas que visitar, zonas de ocio… toda esta información fue muy útil. La casa estaba muy limpia y preparada para nuestra llegada. El club de golf donde se encuentra la Villa estaba muy cuidado, aún siendo los meses de verano su temporada baja. Gracias por todo!!!

valoracion en general

La vivienda en si esta bien, pero tiene cosas a mejorar, que se se comentaron con el agente inmobiliario y no se hizo nada, por ejemplo, tostador totalmente oxidado por dentro, al igual que las tijeras de cocina, falta una tecla de la lavadora, cortina de una habitación descolgada, falta mantenimiento en piscina, azulejos despegados.

The villa was just as we expected

Spacious bedrooms (all with their own en-suite) and large common areas, with an ideal chill out space leading onto the garden/pool. Property owner (Morag) and local rep (Pauline) were extremely helpful in the lead up to my holiday (due to the Covid-19 uncertainties) and throughout my stay. I will definitely be enjoying this villa again in the future with family and friends.
