Spacious and bright apartment with modern design, with new renovation and furniture, fully equipped with necessary appliances. There is everything for a comfortable stay. Welcome!
The apartments are designed for 6 people: two rooms with double beds, a cozy living room with a sofa bed, a separate equipped kitchen and a large bathroom, a work area. It has the necessary household appliances (TV, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, including kitchen appliances, Wi-Fi, etc.). For your comfort, the accommodation is equipped with heating and air conditioning.
Please do not make noise especially after 22-00.
Please do not smoke in the apartment, the fine is 150€.
In accordance with Spanish law, we must take copies of your identity documents.
The apartment is on the second floor (first real) without elevator.
The apartment is located in a quiet residential area in Badalona, which is a suburb of Barcelona. Next to the park area, the commercial shopping centre Magic, supermarkets and shops are available.
To the metro stations (Fondo and La Salute) - 15 min walk or 5 min by bus. Regardless of the location of the apartment, it is easy to get to the city center of Barcelona (Square of Catalunya) - it will take about 30 minutes by metro.
