The villa features a wonderful private swimming pool with clear turquoise water surrounded by attractive terraces that are bathed in Mediterranean sunshine all day long. The spacious interior and wonderful outside space make this the perfect choice for a fantastic family holiday in the sun.

Villa Miami is just a 5-minute drive from the pleasant village of Canyelles with its range of amenities including shops, banks, cafes, restaurants, a park, horse riding stables and a busy Sunday market.

There are also a number of wonderful walking trails and cycle paths that start close to the villa offering the opportunity to explore the local hills, pine forests and historic attractions.

Despite its peaceful position, the villa is just a 20-minute drive from the bustling seaside resorts of Sitges and 10 minute drive to Vilanova with their numerous bars, cafes, boutiques, restaurants and fantastic sandy beaches. Barcelona city centre is 40 minutes by road and the airport is around 30 minutes.

ACCOMMODATION

Built in 2019, Villa Miami is a modern and fully air-conditioned holiday home that oozes cool contemporary style.

The intelligent design and large windows mean that the main living areas and bedrooms are filled with bright Mediterranean light and take maximum advantage of the amazing panoramic views. The interior furnishings and decor are modern and stylish with bright white walls, cool grey tiled floors and uncluttered open spaces, all of which combine to create the perfect environment for a relaxing holiday.

The villa is accessed through a courtyard at the front of the property. The front door opens into a spacious hallway with storage space. To the left is a bright and spacious open-plan living space that includes a modern, fully equipped kitchen and a dining area which connects seamlessly with the lounge. Each section has sliding doors leading out to the terraces and pool area.

The spacious lounge area is furnished with two comfortable sofas, a large TV and coffee table.

The kitchen is equipped with oven/microwave, built-in coffee machine, instant hot water tap, wine chiller, dishwasher and large fridge-freezer. There is also a large island with 4-ring induction hob. The kitchen has everything necessary for creating delicious family meals during your stay.

Also on this floor is the first of the 6 bedrooms. This is a master suite with direct access to the gardens and pool area and spectacular views out to sea. This is a stylishly furnished bedroom with built-in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom. There is also a conveniently located guest toilet on this floor.
The other 5 bedrooms are located on the 1st floor. The first is a twin with beautiful views of the famous Montserrat mountain, the 2nd a corner master suite with stunning views out to sea, private terrace and en-suite bathroom. Further along the corridor are two identical en-suite twin bedrooms sharing a balcony with sea views and overlooking the pool area.

The fifth bedroom is located at the end of the corridor and is also a corner suite with a private terrace and ensuite bathroom.
Villa Miami can comfortably sleep up to 12 guests in 6 bedrooms as follows;

Bedroom 6 – 1st floor – corner suite with king size bed, ensuite, built in wardrobes, private terrace with sea views.

Swimming Pool and Gardens
A major feature of Villa Miami is the fantastic turquoise coloured swimming pool with spectacular views over the surrounding countryside and out to the deep blue Mediterranean Sea. The gardens and terraces around the pool provide ample space for sunbathing, relaxing and playing.

Directly in front of the villa and overlooking the pool area is a fabulous covered terrace with large dining table with seating for 12 guests. A gas BBQ makes it the ideal space for alfresco dining while enjoying the spectacular views. The terrace also features a cool chill-out area with comfortable low-level seating providing the perfect place for relaxing with a drink and a book.
