At the Moonlight Resort by the sea

The resort is a refined and romantic villa. Three bedrooms each with their own bathroom. A dining room with a marble fireplace, a bar area and a conversation area with a flat-screen TV and Sky connection. Garden and a finely furnished veranda. To access the interior of the villa there are four steps. And other steps to go down to the sea. The villa has a private access to a natural rock dock. A very romantic place that offers splendid sunsets and silver full moon over the sea. An invitation to rest in beauty and silence.

Traumhafte Lage und super Gastgeberin

Wir haben mit zwei Familien eine Woche im Haus verbracht. Die Lage ist wunderbar - mehrere Strände fußläufig, sogar im August einsamer Stand ein paar Schritte entfernt. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, die Küche etwas klein aber funktional. Barbara ist sehr nett, zuvorkommend und die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und sehr herzlich. Gerne wieder!

Mare puro con accoglienza di lusso

Barbara è fantastica. è stata disponibilissima. Ha consentito un ingresso anticipato di qualche ora appena finite le pulizie e ci ha lasciato olio e uva della propria fattoria ed addirittura un prosecco fresco, il cafè del té, dell'acqua ed un bar completo. Detersivi e saponi, carta igenica e citronella per la terrazza erano disponibili. Per qualsiasi cosa Barbara è disponibilissima, ma trovato un supporto tanto gradito, senza che lei vivesse sul sito. Per la spiaggia direttamente sotto casa ci vogliono le scarpe da scoglio e portate la meschera!! Avrete il mare ed i pesci tutti per voi. Ma troverete delle zone attrazzate nel vicinato. Fuori stagione (dal 1 Settembre) i ristoranti in spiaggia sono chiusi di sera in frasettimana, ma Barbara ci ha organizzato un'apero-cena presso uno degli stabilimenti per la prima sera. Grazie infinite!! Con la tramontana siamo andati a Tarquinia di sera. Gli infiniti ristoranti e trattorie ed il centro storico bellissimo con la vista verso il mare sono squisite. Supermercato a 10 Minuti a Civitavecchia, Bar a 5 Minuti in Macchina oppure allo stabilimento più vicino a 5 Minuti a piedi. Parcheggio interno ed aria condizionata nelle camere. SI tratta di un area accanto ad una riserva naturale. La cucina attrezzata si trova in un appartamentino con iongresso proprio. Nel cucinotto della casa stessa si trovano 2 piastre ad induzione, lavastoviglie, frigo ecc. Ogni stanza dispone di un bagno ed un balcone / terrazza proprio. Posto da sogno!
