L'appartement est spacieux et dispose de tout le nécessaire. L'accueil a été chaleureux, nous avons apprécié la gentillesse et la disponibilité du propriétaire. Les 3 terrasses + la terrasse commune (avec une vue magnifique sur le lac) sont très appréciables. La résidence est calme et nous avons profité de la belle piscine privée. Je recommande ce lieu !

Schöner Familienurlaub

nette Vermieter, Wohnung sauber und gut ausgestattet. Hat an nichts gefehlt. Pool mit Bademeister, Fußballplatz, Spielplatz in der Anlage. Privatstrand für Mieter der Anlage Belmonte (steinig), aber sehr schön - wunderbares Wasser - glasklar. Zu Fuß ca. 20 min und sehr großer Höhenunterschied. Aktuell kein Kiosk, Supermarkt, Restaurant in der Anlage. Alles nur mit dem PKW erreichbar.

Tout c’est bien passé, l’appartement était très propre fonctionnel rien ne manque. La tv est en allemand ce qui était compliqué à comprendre car nous étions en Italie.

Toller Familien Urlaub

Die Vermieterin super nett. Konnten vor dem Urlaub alle noch aufgekommenen fragen telefonisch klären. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, sie hat viel Inventar bzw inklusive Dinge. Z.B. war dann noch die Kaffeemaschine, der Föhn, Bettwäsche, Handtücher , Waschmittel, Spülmittel, Lappen etc. alles vorhanden. Also wirklich fast wie zu Hause. Auch die Anlage an sich sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Pool sehr sauber und immer ein Bademeister anwesend. Die Straße zum Haus sehr Reparatur bedürftig, sehr viele Schlaglöcher etc. am besten sehr langsam hoch fahren 😉 Weiterhin gab es noch einen Schlüssel für die Benutzung eines Teils privat Strand, dies bezog sich darauf das die höher gelegene liege Fläche gemeint war da eigentlich fast alle Strände steinig sind. Zu Fuß eigentlich nicht weit allerdings der Höhenunterschied ist bei sehr heißen Temperaturen nicht jedermanns Ding. Wir fanden es super von der Lage her, man konnte alles recht schnell mit dem Auto oder der Fähre erreichen, es ist aber nicht so überlaufen wie in anderen Städten am See. Alles in allem weiterzuempfehlen!!!! Für uns war es super, gerne wieder 😊

Calme et idéal en famille

Emplacement idéal pour se reposer. Dans un petit village, a l'écart, la résidence est calme. La piscine sur place est vraiment agréable. Terrain de pétanque, de tennis, espace pour le foot et 2 tables de ping-pong a disposition. L'appartement est en très bon état, bien équipé, avec ses 3 terrasses, sa télé avec Netflix et Prime.

Ein schöner Urlaub mit der Familie. Die Ferienhäuser liegen auf dem Berg und auf der direkten Zufahrt wurde gerade gebaut weshalb wir den Umweg über den Berg nehmen musste. Der Weg zum Lago ist schon etwas weiter weg und mit Höhenmetern versehen.

Perfect family appartement

Nice and spacious appartement. Three balconies, dish washer and washing machine. Perfect for a family of four. With playground, soccer field and (table) tennis facilities. Nice host.

Bei diesem Ferienobjekt hat von Anfang an wirklich alles gepasst.

Es war ein sehr schöner und vor allem erholsamer Familienurlaub. Gleich ggü. der Ferienwohnung gibt es einen großen Gemeinschaftspool,, Strände und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Umgebung schnell erreichbar.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Sehr großzügige, saubere Wohnung mit 3 Balkonen. Alles funktioniert perfekt, der Pool ist 1 Minute entfernt, ein schöner Strand in 3 Minuten mit dem Auto oder zu Fuß über eine steile Straße. Pizzeria ist im Wohnblock, Supermärkte 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Besichtigungen oder einfach nur zum relaxen. Sehr nette Eigentümerin!
