La Isla - South facing penthouse overlooking gardens

This south facing three bedroom penthouse apartment overlooks one of the finest garden and swimming pool complex's in Javea, and when it comes to location it really couldn't be better placed!
The excellent location of La Isla, just a few minutes' stroll – approximately 400 meters - from Javea's Arenal beach allows guests to easily access an area offering safe bathing, and water sports, around which lies a wide promenade with bars, restaurants and shops – equally lively during the daytime and at night.
The attractive port and historic old town of Javea are less than 2 kms away, and there are some excellent golf courses within a 20-minute radius.

JH Tip: La Isla Penthouse is located in the same complex as Avalon. If you're coming with family, booking two or all of them could be a good option!

Important notice(s) - 1/ Please note that groups of people less than 25 years in age are not permitted at this property. This rule does not apply to families travelling with children or younger persons when accompanied by adults who are also staying in the property. Should you be under the minimum age requirement and proceed to confirm the reservation regardless, on arrival you will be denied entry to the property and forfeit any right of refund.
2/ Winter reservations between 01 November and 31 March, longer than 31 nights in duration receive a special discounted rate and DO NOT include utility bills such as electric and water or weekly linen changes. Utility usage is payable on departure.

Lots of space and fantastic balcony/views Softer mattresses or consider adding a mattress topper. Curtains or better fitting shutters in the main bedroom to make it a little darker.

Great sunny apartment

A great apartment with loads of storage, kitchen had everything we needed and plenty of glasses, plates etc. Balconies got the sun all day and pool and grounds were lovely and well kept. While we were there, the complex was very quiet even though it was half term. Would definitely return. Would be nice to have a couple of sun loungers on one of the balconies.

Great location, beautiful grounds and pool. We stayed here 2 years ago and loved it but this time we feel for the price being charged there needs to be some improvements made to the accommodation. Mattresses are extremely hard and uncomfortable. Lounge furniture could do with updating. Kitchen cupboards have tape on the sides of them as the veneer is coming off. Iron needs replacing as the bottom is detached. Air con makes loud clicking noises at night. Perhaps a couple of Sun loungers on the balcony would be a good idea too.

Sunny south-facing apartment in a good location

Good location close to services and the beach. Quiet house, beautiful courtyard. Mountain views. Sunny south-facing apartment. Three balconies. Plenty of equipment in the apartment. Fast Wi-Fi. Detailed operating instructions. Communication with the Office was easy on weekdays. Plenty of small stuff in the apartment, a little too much. A small kitchen with a washing machine in a difficult place under the worktop. Refrigerator-freezer doors opening in the wrong direction, difficult to use. The sofa in the living room had outlived its time. Invasion of ants inside twice. Lots of birds on the balconies (net above the balcony?), which messed up the balcony floors and furniture. During the long stay (five weeks), there were also numerous small problems, recarding which the rental company had to be contacted. For examble: Bad sewage smell in the shower room right at the beginning. The hand shower in the bathroom did not work, had to be replaced. Power failure. The water supply from all faucets and showers was interrupted for half a day. No refund was received for these, e.g. couple of hours extension to the departure time.

Winter rental

We rented the La Isla apartment for 3 months. The apartment was well equipped and well placed to enjoy all facilities in Arenal. There's a handy bus that goes to the Port area and Old Town.
