- LINE B towards the hyper-center of Bordeaux, the Pessac vineyards, The Faculties of Bordeaux, the Wine Museum, the Chaban-Delmas Bridge, Place de la Victoire, the Grand-Théâtre de Bordeaux and the street shopping center Sainte-Catherine.
- LINE C towards the Matmut Atlantique Stadium, Place des Quinconces, Miroir d'eau, Place de la Bourse, Train Station.
You can get to the airport, Arcachon Bay and the Médoc or Saint-Emilion vineyards from the bus or train station (train stations located 15 minutes from the apartment with the TRAM C).
Two bus lines also pass near the apartment.

The most chic and lively district of Bordeaux.
- Place des Chartrons is a 3 minute walk.
- Place Paul Doumer 4 minutes away.
- Quays of Chartrons on the banks of the Garonne (large market on Sunday morning) 5 minutes on foot.
- Cours Portal (50 meters from the apartment) all necessary shops such as wine shops (x3), butcher, bakery and pastry shop (x3), cheese dairy, pharmacy (x2), Chinese, Italian, Japanese and Turkish restaurants as well as a Carrefour-Market for your provisions once there.

THE APARTMENT:
Apartment is composed of:
- Two large bedrooms and fitted wardrobes with a double bed for each (linen provided).
- A spacious bathroom with double sink and washing machine (linen provided).
- WC separate from the bathroom (soap, linen and toilet paper for the first days provided).
- Cozy and warm living room and dining room (WIFI and internet available with 100 TV channels).
- Fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, gas hob and dishwasher) with all the dishes, toaster, kettle, coffee pod machine, sugar, salt, spices, oils and necessary utensils are provided to you.
- Possibility to rent with a baby because extra bed is high chair and baby dishes are available.
- A balcony to unwind from your busy days or to smoke (no cigarettes inside the apartment) with a very comfortable garden furniture.
- An elevator that works ALL THE TIME!
- A closed and badged car park in the building for those who will come in vehicles so that you are peaceful during your entire stay. But honestly, your car will often stay in the garage because, apart from people who want to take the opportunity to visit the vineyards or by the ocean or who want to leave with crates of wine ....

TO KNOW:
The apartment has been refurbished. It is very clean and well maintained. You can see it for yourself. The neighborhood is very calm and respectful. I therefore ask that vacationers be returned. There is no outside noise that could disturb your nights of sleep.

PLEASE NOTE: Possibility for holidaymakers to arrive late at night because I know that some flights to Bordeaux can land until 11:30 p.m. you will just have to notify me in advance and I will adapt to your flight.
