About this property
Laura’s Townhouse Apartments Skylight Loft
Skylight Loft occupies the entire second floor of a gothic Victorian villa situated at the south entrance to the centre of Bath.
This apartment is bright and airy, with windows and skylights galore.
Skylight Loft is eclectically and flamboyantly furnished in a retro style, and offers remarkable accommodation, with full bathroom, complete kitchen, single & double bedroom, and those amazing views.
This is a character-filled building and is not the "perfect boutique hotel" so many guests desire nowadays. It may not be your cup of tea, but if you enjoy the unusual and the quirky, this is the right place for you.
The quaint single bedroom has a snug study area and the huge studio style double bedroom, features a spacious sitting area with charming dining alcove, double bed and plenty of room to relax after a long day of site-seeing in Bath.
Set back from the road, behind an iron gate, this gothic wonder was once a Victorian Schoolhouse. Its owners have lovingly rearranged it into five uniquely decorated apartments.
It is close to the centre of Bath and only a few minutes walk to the Bath Spa Railway station and a ten to fifteen minute walk to Bath’s Therma Spa.

About the host
Hosted by Laura Dunlap

I am Laura - an ex-pat American, who came to Bath 20 years ago and never left.
Why they chose this property
I fell in love with the Bohemian Ambiance and unique character of Raglan Villa.
The owners have created a comfortable and flamboyantly furnished space that I found irresistible.
