1 bedroom duplex apartment with balcony sea view on private complex with 2 communal pools (fenced). In the complex there is a large library of books and some dvd`s which people can borrow, for a small donation. The apartment is fully furnished with well equipped kitchen to suit all self-catering needs. Sleeps 2-4 with twin room and sofa-bed in lounge area. Suitable for all ages. Family friendly includes full range of baby & toddler equipment for hire i.e. stair gates, cots, high chairs, baby and toddler toys, pushchairs, etc to suit all needs. Baby & toddler friendly with extra features hand-rails on stairs, stair gates available. They are located in Caleta de Fuste, an ideal resort for both families and those looking for a relaxing holiday. A vast assortment of restaurants and bars are within easy walking distance, as are shops, expanses of golden sandy beaches, spectacular sea walks & everything else the resort has to offer. 5 min drive from a PGA golf course.

Also currently offering basic package which includes high chair, cot and stair gates amongst other items free.

The TV offers UK TV channels, and there is also a DVD player with a selection of DVDs, although guests may wish to take their own, or borrow them from the DVD borrowing (donation required) service available within the complex.

The property does have wireless internet (not quite as fast as here), but you have to subscribe to them by purchasing an internet card for the duration of your stay, in a local shop.

Great location

Easy access to shops the beach restaurants etc. Close to the airport you can drop your bags do the basic shopping and be in a Ber within half an hour.

Good value for money

Area was noisy at night due to 2 hotels opposite playing loud music until 11 at night. Property needs updating with wiring showing by the tv and loose plug sockets in the kitchen area. Ideal location for seafront and restaurants. Very secure site needing fob to enter. Pool was freezing.

I’ve stayed on this complex a few times and it’s a great location so we know the place quite well This property is in dire need of major refurbish and cleaned thoroughly it was not clean !!! my husband walked downstairs in his bare feet on the first day and his feet were absolutely filthy we had to sweep and clean all the furniture which was covered in dust and cobwebs . The beds in the other hand were very comfy so we had no problems sleeping and the balcony is a lovely place to sit or lie on the lounger it also has a great view of the sea . This could be an amazing g property to rent but it definitely needs a paint and some new curtains which are all holes. This didn’t stop us enjoying our holiday however but would be reluctant to stay here again unless it was cleaned up

Well equipped property

The apartment is in a fantastic location, seconds away from some of the shops, restaurants & bars & a 5/10 minute walk further up the road to many more. It's also a minutes walk to the seafront. The apartment itself needs some TLC however, it's very well equipped with everything you could possibly need for your holiday. Free WIFI, UK TV channels on the TV, a washing machine, even the little things like beach towels, sunbeds within cushions provided on the upstairs balcony, which has an amazing sea view, tin opener, bottle opener, you name it, it's got it! The pool area is well kept, with plenty of sunbeds. The pool is salt water & solar heated so not quite as cold as some i've used in other complexes, which for me is a blessing! The complex itself is friendly & quiet with a mix of residents & holiday makers All in all I had a lovely, relaxing holiday & would definitely stay there again & would recommend to others

Perfect for our requirements

We have stayed many times on this complex it is handy for the shops, bars, restaurants, and walks along the promenades. The pool area and grounds are well maintained and communal sunbeds which are a bonus .
