Muy buen apartamento

La comunicación con el propietario fue buena al reservar, a medida que se acercaba la fecha de la reserva me puse en contacto con él para saber el procedimiento de entrada al apartamento y no obtuve respuesta hasta un par de horas antes de la entrada, afortunadamente esto no afectó a mis planes, pero si es verdad que a mis compañeros les entró el agobio, por lo demas el apartamento estaba en muy buenas condiciones.

FeWo ist nur ok.

Wir waren 5 Personen. Die Schlafzimmer waren gut. Das Geschirr war nicht ausreichend vorhanden. Die ganze Wohnung war sehr, sehr hellhörig. Alles nicht mehr neu und auch nicht gepflegt. Keine richtige Information zum Check In.

La ubicación es excelente ,a 5 minutos de la playa Las Canteras andando ,el alojamiento cuenta con garage propio que para un coche grande tiene la entrada justa ,el apartamento en si está muy bien pero le hace falta un buen mantenimiento en cuanto a limpieza y arreglos ,la puerta de paso hacia el lavadero esta rota y se abre a la mitad ,el sofá está viejo y de apariencia sucia ,la mesa baja despegados los cantos y las sillas los asientos manchado ,no tienen microondas lo cual es un engorro cuando tienes sólo q calentar ,las paredes están demasiado rozadas y manchadas ,la cocina le hace falta un buen limpiado ,viendo este escaso manteniendo no cuadra con la tasa de limpieza que hay que abonar en la estancia ,en mi caso fueron 75 ,sino fuera por esto el alojamiento sería excelente por su ubicación y distribución ,pero el manteniemto y limpieza hacen que no tenga una valoración positiva .lehace falta un falta ,la mesa,grande aparcamiento propio ,la pena es

Also, ich versuche mich an die Punkte oben zu halten.Grundsätzlich die Kommunikation mit der Firma war sehr schwer. Am Telefon waren sie nett. Sie reagieren aber nicht auf Nachrichten oder Email. Telefonisch jemanden zu erreichen, auch super schwer. Die ganze Buchung war ein riesen Stress für alle. Da keine Abbuchung stattgefunden hat und als ich dann meine Kreditkarte wechseln musste und das dennen mitteilte, machte sich die Firma nichts raus. Sie sagten sie schicken mir einen Link. Nie passiert. Dafür aber eine Zahlungsaufforderung an die alte Karte. Als wir vor Ort angekommen sind und diverse Beschädigungen festgestellt haben und diese mitgeteilt haben. Keine Antwort. Telefonisch niemanden erreicht. Die Wohnung war leider nicht sauber, als wir ankamen. Dies hat man vor allem in der Küche festgestellt. 'Des Weiteren bisschen Schimmel in den Badezimmern. Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Lage. Gegenüber ist zur Zeit eine riesiege Baustelle. Bis jetzt war ruhig. Was in der Zukunft passiert kann ich nicht sagen. Die Wohnung ist spartanisch eingerichtet. Es gibt nicht genug Besteck, Teller oder Töpfe in der Küche, falls man entscheidet tatsächlich zu kochen. Mehr fällt mir nicht ein.

Falta de comunicación

No pude estar, cancele tres meses antes, me han cancelado antes, no hablado de la devolución del importe ni se han puesto en contacto de ninguna forma, sabiendo que estaba cancelado de ante mano, porque sino se habrían puesto en contacto para el pago de Enero, cosa que no ha pasado, entonces si saben que lo había cancelado y se han hecho los locos

En general muy bien,limpio,garaje privado,ubicación y cuando he tenido un problema me he podido comunicar con ell@s.lo único que estaba atascado el fregadero y aunque parece ser que fueron a reparar o eso me dijeron seguía atascado.Por lo demás muy bien.gracias.

El apartamento esta bien, pero tienen que arreglar algunas cosas. El sofa es muy viejo, te hundes en el, hay hormigas en la cocina y en los baños, la habitación del fondo si cierras la puerta te quedas encerrado dentro. No tiene piscina ni microondas.

La première a Las Palmas!!

Pour la première fois nous ahh vi on a visité l’île de Gran Canarie et l’emplacement, l’espace et la commodité de l’appartement nous a satisfaits! À pied, il y a des petits supermarchés dans les alentours, et la plage à 5 minutes.. certes le côté Océan où se situe tous les vluns de surf!Mes enfants de 12 et 9 ans de sont régalés! Il y a aussi des terrains de jeux très colorés en bord de mer, où mon fils de 3 ans s’est amusé aussi.. bref, une découverte intéressante.. grâce aux transports en communs qui fonctionnent tre bien et qui sont propres, nous avons pu visité aussi le sud de l’île et apprécié des paysages différents à chaque fois!! Très bonnes vacances!! Je recommande l’appartement, pour nous 5 c’était parfait!! Merci encore!!🙏

Veeeeeery good but :)

I Liked the location, very centre and close to the beach, also I liked we had parking space and the overall look of the flat. There was salt and pepper but missing essentials like oil and coffee. The sofa is very old and uncomfortable and the TV does not work properly.
