Villa Port Andratx is a modern ad comfortable holiday house in Mallorca located in few steps from one of the chicest and most famous ports of the island - Port Andratx. Many consider it the loveliest harbor in the Mediterranean - it´s a stylish port, with a yacht club and long promenade.

Villa Port Andratx is a very spacious and bright property, divided into two floors. On the ground floor, there is the entrance hall, a spacious living room with a double sofa-bed and big smart TV, a dining room with a table for 8 persons, and an exit to the back yard with sunbeds; a fully equipped kitchen and a gym with an exit to the pool area; a laundry; and one bathroom.

Ono the first floor, there are four bedrooms: the master one with a double bed, en-suite bathroom, and a terrace, another bedroom with two single beds and a balcony, two more bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds), and one more bathroom. The master bedroom and another bedroom with a balcony overlook the swimming pool area, moreover, the master bedroom has direct access to the pool.

The outdoor area offers a swimming pool with salty water (8mX4m; 1,80 m depth), surrounded by a sun terrace, an external open dining area, and a covered cosy lounge area.

Villa Port Andratx is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and carefree stay all year round: air conditioners in every bedroom, Wi-Fi connection, Tv via satellite, central heating, solar panels for electricity, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, kitchenware, etc), washing machine, bed linens, towels, and much more.

Port Andratx is still a working fishing port where you can sit outside in one of the numerous caféa or restaurants, and have your drink meals meanwhile enjoying wonderful views over the harbor. There is a small beach in the same port and various larger beaches (both sandy as Santa Ponsa, Camp de Mar, Peguera, and rocky ones as Costa de la Calma and Illetes) within short driving distance. Also, there are various golf fields nearby: Camp de Mar, Bendinat, Santa Ponsa, etc.
