Sea views on the beach

The apartment has WIFI and air conditioning throughout the house. It consists of a room with a 135cm bed, next to it is an office with a desk. The kitchen is quite large, with a breakfast bar and is fully equipped with a toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave oven, refrigerator and everything you need to cook and eat. In the living room there is a sofa bed and dining area with table and chairs, from it you can access the terrace with wonderful views of the beach. It has numbered parking. Keep in mind that it is a first without elevator although it is true that there are few stairs and that the sofa bed measures 120cm, that is, at ease, it fits an adult or two children.
On the side of the building you can directly access the spectacular beach and the beautiful promenade that measures more than 20km and is perfect for walking, sports or enjoying the many beach bars. The good thing about this area is that the beach is not crowded as much as in other nearby areas because there are not so many parking spaces in the area. Luckily we have a private place. We stock all the bed and bath linen necessary for your stay.

In the immediate vicinity is the Mercadona supermarket less than 100m away, next to a pharmacy and a Chinese bazaar, as well as several restaurants such as La Granja.

Right in front of the building is the bus stop that leads directly to the center of Malaga in less than 30 minutes.
The beach is accessed from one side of the building. It has a parking space on a numbered surface.

CHECKING - CHECKOUT
The keys are delivered directly to the house. A person will receive you to show you the house, give you the key and give you some interesting information about the area.
The entrance schedule is as follows:
- From 12:00 to 20:00. Exceptions:
- Between 12:00 and 16:00 there is a possibility that the house is not ready because guests could leave that day. In this case, a normal check-in will take place: handing over the keys, leaving the luggage, even changing clothes, but then you have to leave the accommodation until it is finished, maximum 16:00, but how much is ready we will notify you.
- From 20:00 to 00:00 a supplement of €30 must be paid in cash at the time of entry.
- From 00:00 to 1:00 a supplement of €50 must be paid in cash at the time of entry.
- We do not receive after 1:00.
- Depending on the circumstances it is possible to enter before 12 noon. Ask.
