The plot is spacious and secluded with trees and shrubs and several patios. A perfect accommodation with proximity to all the gems of Österlen. On the ground floor there is a dining room and living room with sofa group, TV and fireplace A well-equipped kitchen with dining area. There is also a laundry room, guest toilet, shower room and sauna. There is a bedroom with a double sofa bed. The upper floor has two bedrooms, each with a double bed and a bathroom. Fiber is available in the house and free wifi. A modern TV with cromecast for streaming with your own computer and mobile phone. The plot is large and private and you choose patios with regard to weather and wind. There is plenty of space for all the family's activities. During the summer, the garden is adorned with plants and berries. From your holiday home, you have all of Österlen's destinations within easy reach. To the Baltic Sea and the coast you have only a short drive, the closest is Simrishamn with its picturesque fishing port. The whole of Österlen is filled with galleries, farm shops and sights. There is really no lack of culture and gastronomy here. Experience the entire stretch from Simrishamn and Kivik with its apple orchards and Stenshuvud National Park to Kåseberga and Ale stones. Wallanders Ystad is only a short drive away. By bike you have many small roads to choose from and can discover the shifts of the open landscapes up close. For children there is the adventure park Tosselilla. Those interested in golf have several options in the area, the closest being Österlens Gk. Fishing is available, except in the sea, in the nearby Tommarpsån. Here are i.a. pike, perch, trout, eel, roach, id (fishing license valid).
