Area of 50 m2: 1 double bedroom (160 x 190), 1 bunk bedroom, living room with a sofa bed, bathroom, separate wc. Underfloor heating in the apartment, 18m2 terrace and ski locker with boot dryer. Indoor garage parking space. Wifi, sheets, towels, baby kit and cleaning included for stays of one week. The apartment is ideal for a family of 2 adults and 2/3 children. Village center 5 minutes walk. A real ski-in-ski vacation without having to take the car!

Vacances Été

Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances aux Carroz, merci à nos hôtes pour leur disponibilité tout était parfait l’appartement est très bien équipé, joliment décoré et est très bien situé. C’était une première pour nous les vacances d’été à la montagne et grâce à Séverine nous y retournerons l’année prochaine!! Merci beaucoup :-)

Great spot especially if you’re skiing

This is a lovely apartment in Les Carroz, a lovely town with plenty going on. It is a bit of a walk from the centre up hill but this is not a problem if you’re skiing as it’s right on the slopes. There’s also a few really nearby restaurants you can go to if you don’t fancy the walk, but it’s really not that far in the fresh mountain air! The apartment had everything we needed and was clean and really smart. Thank you for a lovely long weekend in Les Carroz! I’ll be back!

A wonderful ski apartment, in a perfect location!

Séverine's apartment is new, comfortable and spotlessly clean. It is fully kitted out with modern appliances, and the beds are incredibly comfy. You can ski straight out onto the piste behind the apartment, and down to the Kedueze gondola. A marvellous bakery is only a few minutes walk down the hill, and the village (5 mins walk) has a Carrefour with everything you're likely to need. Parking was very handy, and the communication with Séverine was seamless. She went out of her way to accommodate us, and for this we are very grateful! It was a brilliant trip which we will remember for a long time! Thank you 🙂

Appartement spacieux pour 4 personnes dans immeuble neuf. Très bien situé au pied des pistes (ski ou randonnées) et non loin du centre de la station, qui propose de nombreuses animations.

Bon séjour

Appartement bien équipé, moderne et joliment décoré. Nous avons apprécié le « ski aux pieds ». Seul bémol, le prix élevé par rapport aux autres logements constaté dans la station. Pour ce montant on aurait aimé avoir un spa dans la résidence. Sinon rien à redire. Accueil bien organisé.

Très belle location bien placée

L’appartement est récent, agréable, fonctionnel. De plus il y a une grande terrasse avec une belle vue. La résidence est très calme. La station a un esprit village, elle est animée avec de nombreux commerces accessibles à pieds. Très bon accueil . Bref location à recommander.

Appartement plein de charme, très fonctionnel dans une belle résidence et idéalement situé. Rien de mieux pour un séjour au grand air, totalement dépaysant. Séverine, la propriétaire est très réactive et arrangeante. Merci à Fabienne pour son accueil et sa disponibilité. Très bel appartement tout neuf à 2 pas du centre ! Magnifique !

Ma famille loue des appartements aux Carroz depuis 1977. Je dirai que celui-ci est dans le top 3. Tout neuf, bien équipé, bien situé, propre, calme et avec une vue imprenable et un parking en sous-sol. Le seul point faible à noter est la connexion internet insuffisante pour les besoins d'une famille moderne.

Superbe séjour en été !

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cet appartement très joliment décoré et aménagé pour le plaisir des vacanciers Les propriétaires sont très soucieux du confort et de la satisfaction des vacanciers ! Rien ne manque en termes d’équipement et la résidence, qui est neuve, offre des prestations de qualité La terrasse est très agréable car très grande et très bien orientée Pour l’hiver, un ascenseur intérieur permet un accès direct sur les pistes L’accueil et le départ sont très faciles avec une personne présente sur place Merci encore aux propriétaires d’offrir leur bien à la location !

Il n’y a rien à redire sur cette location . L appartement est idéalement bien situé ,hyper bien conçu avec une grande et belle terrasse. Il n’y manque rien et une petite surprise vous y attend même !!! tout était parfait !!! Je pensais même repartir avec le lit tant il était super confortable ! Il n’y a pas un bruit Et la vue est magnifique Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !! Merci aussi à la personne qui est sur place et qui est super réactive !!! Candice

Fantastisch appartement

We hebben genoten van een week in dit mooie en nette appartement. Hij ruikt zelfs nog nieuw. Prima grootte voor een gezin van 4. Groot balkon met middag-/avondzon en uitzicht op de bergen. De keuken heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Fijne douche! Ca 500m van het dorp via een vrij stijle weg. De communicatie met de eigenaresse is top! Kortom: Een dikke aanrader!

Appartement standing aux pieds des pistes

L’appartement de Séverine est idéalement situé. La deco est soignée et les prestations de qualité... on se sent tout de suite chez soi ! Je recommande chaleureusement :)
