This beautifully remodeled and newly furnished Old Town PAYDAY Townhome sits in a private location across from hiking and biking trails, tucked behind the golf course and just steps from Silver Star Café. It features air conditioning, ultra-fast 1 GB WiFi, two king-size beds, and sleeps up to 10 guests. Enjoy the new private jacuzzi and modern design throughout.
This spacious 2,000 square foot townhome has been fully remodeled with high-end finishes and a sleek, contemporary design. It includes all new furniture, two king-size master beds, a private deck and spa, new Samsung kitchen appliances, and five smart TVs. There are also three dedicated workstations. For cleanliness and comfort, we replace all towels and bedding every year—everything is fresh and new for your stay.
Please note, the neighboring townhome is currently undergoing remodeling between 8 AM and 5 PM. You may occasionally hear some noise during the day. To account for this, rates have been reduced by % during this period.
THE SPACE
The main level features an open living and dining area with natural light and partial mountain views. It also includes a mudroom, full bathroom, and a master suite with a king-size bed, oversized closet, desk, and private bathroom.
The second floor has a spacious loft family room with a sectional and TV, a second bedroom with a king-size bed, a third bedroom with a queen bed and twin bunk beds, a full bathroom, a desk, and a washer and dryer.
The third floor offers an additional loft bedroom with one bunk bed.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all new pots, pans, utensils, cutlery, glasses, dishes, and wine glasses—all purchased this year.
We provide high-speed 1 GB WiFi, five smart TVs, three workstations, and essentials like shampoo, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish detergent, sponges, and hand soap.
Dining table seats 8 comfortably with seating for 2 more at the breakfast bar. Ski and snowboard rack is included.
LOCATION
The townhome is ideally located just across the street from the Silver Star ski lift and café. It’s about a 90-second walk to the elevator that takes you directly to the lift and trail access.
The back of the complex opens to the City Golf Course, which becomes cross-country ski trails in the winter. The surrounding area offers immediate access to mountain trails and is peaceful with partial mountain views.
A free, clean public transit line runs directly in front of the condo and provides easy access to all Park City Resorts, Historic Main Street, Deer Valley, and the Canyons.
Pets are not allowed. This is a hypoallergenic home. Any evidence of pets will result in loss of deposit.
CLEANING AND BEDDING
All duvet covers, sheets, blankets, and towels—used or not—are washed after every stay. Most homeowners do not wash blankets and duvets between guests, so if that matters to you, be sure to ask. With us, it’s guaranteed.
