With two bedrooms, including a double and zip/link twin, along with a family bathroom, this property can sleep four people. There is also a kitchen/diner and a sitting room, both of which have woodburning stoves. Outside is a large, lawned garden which is fully enclosed, and off road parking for 2 cars. Old Smiddy Cottage is a peaceful base in the South East of Scotland.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Roadside parking for two cars (in lay-by). Enclosed lawned garden. Two well-behaved dogs welcome.
