It is distributed on a single floor without stairs and has two air-conditioned rooms to rest during hot summer nights, one of them is en suite with a shower, and another bathroom with a bathtub.

The open kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances to easily prepare your meals and breakfasts, oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, kitchen utensils, toaster, coffee maker and water kettle.

Additionally, it has wifi, SmartTV, iron and ironing board, and a washing machine in the garage.

The villa has an outdoor parking area for 2 cars.

Due to the significant increase in energy costs, a basic consumption of 15kw per day is included in the rental price. In case of exceeding this, extra kw will be charged at the current market price, and the price per kw/h will be indicated in the rental contract.

No, but we have it available for rent.
