The property also includes a furnished terrace and a balcony, perfect for enjoying the alpine ambiance.

In winter, Styria transforms into the "white heart of Austria," renowned for its excellent ski resorts. Summer highlights include beautiful lakes, thermal baths, and the stunning Hohe Tauern Mountain range. The open kitchen is a culinary delight, fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, and essential appliances like a toaster, kettle, and coffee machine. All necessary cutlery and cookware are provided for your convenience. A small starter set will be ready upon arrival, including dishwasher tabs, dishwashing liquid, a sponge, garbage bags, and cleaning supplies.
