A superbly situated property that is just a short walk from two fabulous beaches

Superbly situated, a short walk from two fabulous beaches, Lusty Glaze and Porth; as well as being just a ten minute walk from central Newquay, Headland Beaches is a perfect choice for your Cornish sea-side holiday for family and friends alike.

You can enjoy the sounds of the waves from the terrace and walk a few minutes to the cliffs above the Atlantic Ocean to take in the views north to Trevose Head Lighthouse, along with southerly views across to Newquay.

The upper ground floor boasts a stunning open-plan living area. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything needed to whip up a homemade meal; this includes an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. You will also find a washer/dryer in the kitchen. The spacious sitting/dining area has comfortable sofa's, a television, dining table with seating for six and doors leading out to the front terrace; making al fresco dining a breeze. The lower ground floor is home to all three bedrooms, each equipped with a television and an en-suite shower room; both the king-size bedroom and twin bedroom have access to the south facing, private patio completed with garden furniture.

Wander down a private path from Headland Beaches to the large and sheltered golden, sandy beach of Porth and marvel at the stunning coastline views or, in the other direction, a short walk will bring you to the award-winning Lusty Glaze beach where you find a surfing, an activity centre and restaurant.

18 Headland Beaches, Porth

Located between Lusty Glaze and Porth beaches the property is in a great location to enable you to walk to the beach, explore the coastline, and walk into Newquay. Each bedroom has the benefit of an en-suite and the first floor lounge diner and kitchen is comfortable and well equipped. The only drawback was that there is only one parking space for the property, any additional parking spaces required have to be paid for. But overall all this is a comfortable and convenient property.
