It also has a spacious terrace (20 sqm, accessible from both the living room and the bedroom) facing west, from which you have a panoramic view of the lake. On the roof of the building there is a large shared solarium where you can enjoy a beautiful lake view. The property has also its parking space in the basement. In the apartment there is wi-fi, Sat TV (with foreign channels), dishwasher and ceiling fans which help to keep rooms fresh during the nights.
We are in a quiet area just 500 meters from the town center, convenient to all the essential services.
Pool is open from mid May till end of October.
