Villa Can Moya

Villa Moya is a charming property with stunning sea views, located in Cala Mayor, a residential and tourist neighborhood of Palma de Mallorca. The accommodation has a special charm and has been recently renovated, so all the equipment is new. Inside there are 3 double bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the main floor and a complete apartment with a double bedroom, bathroom, living room and terrace, on the second floor. The kitchen is new and fully equipped. The house has a large smart TV with international channels, air conditioning in each of the rooms and Wi-Fi throughout the property. Outside there is a small pool, several solarium areas with sofas and hammocks, and beautiful views of the sea, where you can enjoy wonderful evenings. It is an ideal place to be with family or with your group of friends.

It is located 300 meters from the beautiful beach of Cala Mayor and 7 km from the center of Palma.

Distance to Real Bendinat Golf Club 3.6 kms and Son Vida Golf Club 7.8 kms

Palma de Mallorca airport is approximately 20 minutes by car (19 kms).

Guests are asked to sign a rental agreement before entering the property. In addition, due to the new regulations of the Balearic Government since Friday, July 1, 2016, has implemented the new 'sustainable tourism tax' of the Balearic Islands to be charged to everyone (residents and non-residents of the EU) who stay in hotels, apartments (that are classified as tourist accommodation) and cruises. The rate during high season (from April to October included) will be:• 2,20€ per day per adult (16+) for the first 8 days; 1,10€ per day per adult for the remainder. All these amounts are reduced by half in each case from 1st November. This tax is for residents and non-residents of the European Union. We will take payment upon your arrival to the house or apartment.

Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26, which establishes the obligations of documentary registration and information of natural or legal persons who carry out lodging and motor vehicle rental activities. 1. The owners of the accommodation and vehicle rental activities included in the scope of application of this standard will collect the data of the users of the same in order to proceed with their registration and the communication necessary for compliance with the legal obligations that are developed by means of this royal decree. 2. The entry forms for the use of hosting services must be signed by any person over the age of fourteen who makes use of them, according to the system and model established. In the case of persons under fourteen years of age, their data will be provided by the person of legal age with whom they are accompanied. 3. Clients will receive the Link from the host to be able to register all the members who are going to stay in the vacation rental homes. This process is very simple and fast and failure to comply with this legal requirement may cause the breach of the previous contract, making it impossible for guests to access the reserved property.

lovely stay

The house was beautiful & right near a beach/downtown area! The host was very responsive and helpful, but it was a little inconvenient when the water & electricity went down at certain times

Gute Lage aber mit sehr vielen Stufen. Nur für fitte Leute.

Dieses Objekt liegt in Cala Major ca. 300 Meter vom Strand entfernt. Dies stimmt zwar, aber verschwiegen wird, dass man vom Strand zum Haus ca. 80 Stufen und eine steile Straße bewältigen muss. Vom Straßenzugang vom Haus zum Hauseingang sind es dann noch einmal 73 Stufen. Diese muss man natürlich auch mit seinem gesamten Gepäck bewältigen. Deshalb sollte unbedingt ein Hinweis darauf gegeben werden, denn bewegungseingeschränkte Personen können dies nicht bewältigen. In der Objektbeschreibung stand, dass ein Fernseher mit internationalen Programmen vorhanden ist. Deutsche Programme konnten wir jedoch nicht empfangen. Hier sollte auch mehr Klarheit herrschen. Die gesamte Betreuung bei der Ankunft war nur ungenügend. Es gab keinen persönlichen Kontakt, sondern alles nur über schriftliche Mitteilungen auf englisch per Handy. Wir hätten uns gerne eine Erklärung des Fernsehers (vielleicht können doch dt.Fernsehprogramme empfangen werden) und eine Erklärung der Bedienung für die Klimaanlagen gewünscht. So etwas kann man nicht nur schriftlich per Handy klären. Es gibt in dem Objekt 2 Klimaanlagen. Eine für das WZ. Hier war die Bedienung relativ einfach, wenn man sich grundsätzlich mit der Bedienung von Klimaanlagen auskennt. Die Bedienung der Klimaanlage für die Schlafzimmer war jedoch sehr umfangreich und konnte nur nach einigen Tagen optimal bedient werden. Die obere Terrasse hat zwar einen schönen überdachten Sitzbereich, aber der ganze Rest ist total ohne Überdachung und nur mit einfachen Paletten, auf denen Plastiksitzpolster liegen ausgestattet. An einem Aufenthalt hierauf bei direkter Sonneneinstrahlung ist nicht zu denken. Damit ist fast die komplette Sonnenterrasse nur sehr eingeschränkt benutzbar. Bei den Nachbarschaftsterrassen war dies sehr viel edler ausgestattet. Deshalb bekommt die komplette Dachterrasse nur einen Punkt. Der kleine Pool ist neu und sehr schön und reicht für eine Abkühlung durchaus aus. Ich würde dem Vermieter raten, da es keinen Kontakt zu irgendeiner Person z.B. bei der Abnahme usw. gibt, eine Beschwerdeliste auszulegen, in der die Gäste Mängel aufführen können, die dann behoben werden können bis der nächste Gast kommt. Bei uns im SZ gingen z.B. beide Glühbirnen der Nachttischleuchten nicht. Aber wie soll man das alles mitteilen. Insgesamt ist dies eine schöne Villa mit reichlich Platz, aber mit den oben beschriebenen Mängeln. Deshalb nur 3 Sterne.
